So, last week I was running errands when I noticed the Twin Termite vehicle next to me. I had to do a double take because the day before I was saying to a friend that I need to find a termite company. As soon as I made my stop I called the company and set an appointment. This morning Trevor was at my home about 15mins early, which was perfect because I had things to do. You know how you get that good vibe feeling when you meet someone, well that’s how it was with Trevor. As I female, it was so good to get that good vibe feeling when a total stranger comes to do work in your home He did a thorough inspection both inside and out, shared some useful tips due to the previous jobs he had, and was super thoughtful with that good energy. Twin Termite was the 6th maybe 7th company I contacted(shhhh I didn’t tell Trevor), but I have a feeling that Twin Termite is the one I will be using and I’ll definitely pass them on to my neighbors as well, since we’ve all been trying to find a termite company that won’t BS you and be upfront. Trevor was pretty solid like that posts supporting your home and his energy was all positive. If you’re looking for a termite company with no BS-ing, Twin Termite is the one for you and I hope you’ll get Trevor as your inspector because he’s solid like a post. I’ll for sure have follow up post after the job is complete.

The entire team, but especially Lori was instrumental in helping us as we had to change dates several times to accommodate the escrow closure. We had a great experience with Twin Termite. They were very communicative throughout the entire process. We forgot to remove a few things from the home beforehand and they saved our Girl Scout cookies! We had one small issue where they had to remove a few deck planks to cover the house and when they replaced them the screws did not match at all. They were very responsive and came the following weekend to replace the screws to a color that matched much better.

Arturo introduced himself, explained what he was going to do. Explained the timeframe and how long out of home and yard. Sprayed for insects in home and yard. When dry safe for pets and people to return. I have the fans and windows open. I am pleased with the results.

As a real estate broker, I work with a lot of various vendors: title and escrow offices, home inspectors, mortgage lenders, painters... you get the idea. On a recent listing, we had a last minute snag which needed immediate attention. The buyer had movers scheduled and we were set to close escrow within a week. I needed a last minute re-inspection of the home. The inspection resulted in a few small areas needing treatment. From my first call to get the property re-inspected to the time the work completion certificate was issued, it was just 28 hours. Twin Termite helped keep the transaction on track.

So we had termites...and we have dogs...and we question every chemical down to the MSDS. We got three quotes and had the best experience with the attention to detail, customer service, simplicity of the work and amazing price from these guys: I wish all service contractors had the integrity, trust and caring that these folks have. Whether it's JP with the inspections/quote workup, Devyn with the admin follow-up and coordination and finally Jordan with the execution: These folks were truly the best with regard to explaining all the details with my many questions while having the compassion and purpose of work that seems to have been lost in the pandemic. I reached out to several Termite companies online after a quick google search, and Twin Termite was the quickest to respond. We set up an appointment day and time, they showed up EARLY which was amazing. We had multiple issues happening due to a lot of rain, but also termites in outside areas. Jordan was AMAZING. Polite, professional, and solved the problem over a 3 day period. I cannot recommend this company and team enough. Really incredible value as well, the other two companies I reached out to, provided a quote (ended up being much higher) but didn't say when they would be able to come. Would definitely use these guys again.

Twin Termite did inspection and treatment of our house as part of a sale and our purchase. They treated the facia board and joining beam, and said if any more show up that a more extensive treatment would be called for. Within the warranty period, we found extensive termite residue in the very same area, but extending over 6 feet from the original treated area. We had them come out to inspect and treat, and they did a superficial inspection, merely walking around the house and looking up at the facia boards. They treated the apparent affected area, from the outside, not opening any of the boards or wall where the extensive residue was found. We questioned then whether such a superficial inspection was appropriate, and were assured that this was the right thing to do. This year, now outside of the original warranty period, extensive evidence of a deep infestation was found in the very same wall, where the facia board is attached. The manager of Twin Termite refused to do any remediation work without charging us, as he said it's outside of the warranty period. Essentially, they give no warranty on their work that is done under original warranty. They acknowledge no obligation to back up their warranty work. We asked for at least a break in the price charged for the new necessary work, to treat this same infested area. The manager refuses to consider any break. The true test of business integrity is to make right a problem when insufficient attention is given in the first place. A quality business will back up their work and also their warranty work. Twin Termite does not. I recommend readers to consider carefully their choice of termite inspectors - do they really back up their work? Do they care?

They seemed great upon the original meet. Sprayed our house and that was that. We spoke to the office about the next visit. I was told they they would call a few days in advance and confirm a time, and then call before arriving on said day. They never called, they showed up on the wrong day without notice, and had to deny that visit. We have pets that must be secured for spraying in the house and keeping the dogs gone while all is complete. They apologized, said they would call to reschedule, and never called back. Pros:showed up on time for the first visit, friendly Cons:everything i described.

We just had Aaron come spray for ants/flying ants. He was so pleasant and knowledgeable. We highly recommend this business for your pest problems.
