So for so good. When I called Cartwright Pest Control they scheduled a technician to come to my home the next day to perform a termite inspection along with checking out a rat infestation of an outside area. The next day I received the reports and quoted for remediation that were very reasonable. I cannot say enough good things about Vince who came out and did the inspection. He was thorough and explained his findings to me.

We use Cartwright for all of our pest control needs. The owner is very involved and easy to work with.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Cartwright Exterminators has been so unacceptable that I feel obligated to warn others. We hired this company for a rat problem and paid for a one-year warranty, but they have refused to honor it. After sending them a detailed letter explaining the ongoing issues, the owner called me — and that phone call was one of the most unprofessional interactions I’ve ever had with a business. He asked for my side of the story, then repeatedly cut me off, told me to “stop talking,” and when I asked perfectly reasonable questions, he told me to “stop playing games with me.” This was the OWNER speaking to a customer. When I asked why his technician pulled the traps three days early, he defensively said, “We don’t work weekends, so it was only one day early.” I explained that rats do not take weekends off and that he himself recommended leaving the traps until Monday, yet his technician removed them Friday. His response? He claimed he was “in the area and saw no activity.” This was proven false. I visited the property just hours later and found fresh rat droppings around the perimeter of the home. When I asked him how that wasn’t considered “activity,” he once again accused me of “playing games.” I also told him I had asked the technician to put out poison and bait stations. The owner insisted that it was offered but that “the tenant refused.” This is interesting, because when I asked the technician to put them out, he told me it would be an additional charge — meaning it was part of our service, he simply refused to do it. We ended up doing the technician’s job ourselves. My husband and I put out bait stations, poison, and additional traps around the home where droppings were found. Within days, we caught one rat. We then sent our tenant two electric traps, and within a week, he caught three more. I even have time-stamped photos. This all began at the end of September — within a month four rats have been caught. Clearly, the rats are still present. Clearly, the problem was never resolved. And clearly, Cartwright is refusing to uphold their contract or honor their warranty. Between the rude and hostile behavior from the owner, the lack of professionalism from the technician, and the complete failure to address an active infestation, I strongly recommend you do not use this company. We paid for peace of mind and professional service — instead, we were treated with disrespect, left with an unresolved rat problem, and forced to do the work ourselves. Save yourself the stress. Choose a different exterminator.

They have a great team and great service

The initial inspection was great as well as packing and loading contents. When they delivered, they hired some guys from Home Depot parking lot, gave them a shirt and said 'trabajo'.A Few broken pieces several dents and knicks. I'm just glad the bugs are gone

Pablo is our technician and I was impressed with his knowledge of all things bugs and insects, how they are attracted to certain things and how everything in the bugs life is based on scent etc. Pablo is very professional and friendly and will determine the best course of action to keep bugs out of your house. He never tries to up sell you on services and he is very respectful of your home. Many other companies try to upsell you on things you may not need and don't have knowledge if you do or don't. Pablo and Cartwright don't do that. if you need it they will be honest. I highly recommend Pablo and Cartwright for you extermination needs.

I have used Cartwright for a rental property in the past without an issue. I recently used them again at my rental property. The technician was thorough and did a good job. But the customer service was terrible. They don’t know how to treat their customers. SMH

Fantastic! Highly rated customer experience

Absolutely horrible service. We had Cartwright out to tent our home for termites. From the beginning we had issues from not supplying us with enough bags to protect our food and belongings, to them running late. The employees who showed up late were extremely rude and unwilling to answer many questions regarding the service. They were very demanding on what needed to be done ahead of time, without actually giving us notice to prepare. They told us our safes among many other things needed to be left open which did not help us feel comfortable. I am very glad we removed the safes from the home because when we returned there were things missing. My son collects trading cards and unfortunately there were hundreds missing from when we left the house. The house looked as if a tornado went through it. Everything from the basket in our freezer being on our garage floor, to my wife’s underwear drawer being wide open and possibly gone through. Our outside flood lights were “removed” for some reason, but were damaged during that. ***ALSO... WE STILL HAVE TERMITES!!!*** I have killed multiple including one just last night. This whole thing makes me wonder if I paid this company to not do what they were supposed to, rather have a tented house to rummage through and party in. Please do not ever contact this company for any type of business as it will be a huge mistake.

My mother and I both have Cartwright Pest Control at our homes. They provide excellent service at a great price. They are always very responsive; every time I have had fire ants they are out there within 24 hours and typically the same day to treat. I would highly recommend them for your personal or commercial needs.

Breaks laws by not using killing spray on what the bottle says to spray on. Should take their licenses away. Killed honeybees, should have easily removed them. I remove swarms all the time with no veil nor suit on. They are not aggressive. SHUT THEM DOWN

Do not call this company to rescue bees. They are a pest control company. Their specialty is killing pest and termites.
