Annex Pest Control

I have an older craftsman home that was vacant for repairs a couple of months. When new tenants moved in we found that 5 mice had also moved in. All rodents were trapped within a two weeks max. We went ahead and did a general insect and pest control short term contract for good measure and everything has been great! Thank you Annex you are my “go to” from here on out.

We started out using the services from Annex primarily for gopher control in 2018. However, we quickly switched to local termite services, then inspections and fumigation. Now we use their services for all of our pest and termite needs. They are easy to communicate with, they take notes when scheduling with our tenants, they are very knowledgeable and we value our long relationship with them as they are honest and won't waste time and money on something they know won't work. We hope to continue our relationship with them for years to come.

Great job controlling the gophers, always friendly.

Guy that works here is nice, but that doesn't do any good. Used them for some time (spray once a month) and have seen spiders, pincher bugs etc making their way into the house even after recent sprays. What really did it is the second scorpion inside my house, but this one in my baby kid's bedroom. Yes they might be a little cheaper than competitors, but what's the point if it's not doing the job Should have used the company that the rest of my neighbors use. You get what you pay for I guess.

The pest control guy was cool. But they did not resolve my problem.

Had service done cost $125.00 said 30 guarantee was just a few days past the warranty period when ants came back. Called them and they wouldn't do anything. Said it would be another $125.00 to do a retreatment. It's a small house on a small lot. I feel they should have give me at least a localized treatment where the ants reappeared. Would not recommend them.
