Doesn't do full home treatment

They don't answer the phone.

I was having a problem with rodents in my garage from the rain and bad weather we have been having so I called up Reliable Rodent Solutions they came out and helped me out with my Rodent problem. Very fast and Professional service thanks for the great service.

We spent several thousand dollars having them remove all our attic insulation, make multiple visits to confirm entry points were sealed, then re-insulate out attic. Then carefully renewed the service contract for the next 2 years to ensure we didn't lose the "guarantee". However earlier this year when we reported that we could hear a new visitor in the attic, they didn't show up for the first appointment, then eventually made a single useless visit, and now, as other confirm, the phone line in dead.

Serviced our property less than a year ago and now their phone lines are dead. I paid extra for a 1 year warranty and the company disappeared?!

Actually 0 stars Had neck surgery called these guys out to take care of a rental property. Charged me $800 over the phone and work was never done... nice, any thing but reliable.... poo poo on you

At first I thought these guys were great. Came out inspected the place and sealed up a lot of entry points from within the crawl space. However we still have activity after multiple call backs, each time finding new spots were the rats are getting in. Very frustrating to say the least, complete waste of time and money.

awesome guy, great service, I had ten raccoons running through my garbage every night he killed them all :-)
