We recently have been plagued with gopher activity in our front yard. After several attempts to do it ourselves, we decided to call the gopher team. While it seems odd to describe something relating to gopher as pleasant, the experience has been first rate. Beginning with helpful background info on the website to clear explanation of fees and services, the team has been great. Javier or technician has been absolutely wonderful. My next door neighbor just hired them for her gophers.

Mark is our technician who has been here a number of times over the past year. He's friendly and professional and just now, after his third visit, finally caught the gopher that has been wreaking havoc in our back yard. There is open space on the other side of our fence and based on the company's excellent service I've elected to contract them for the coming year. Can't recommend them more highly,

In six years this is the third time I've had Gingrich out to remove gophers. At first I thought they were a bit expensive. But they provide EXCELLENT service, and their employees are always very courteous. They were recommended to me by my landscaper (The Flower Garden.) I highly recommend Gingrich too.

Excellent service! The Gopher Team was highly responsive, called back within minutes, came out same day. Luckily got the gopher right away but they will come out again within 30 days if anymore show up. Felt a little pricey but worth it. Both Alex and Nolan were very nice and professional. Took Alex two trap settings to catch the gopher, I thought that was pretty good. I fully recommend Gingrich for this kind of work.

So far, so good! The Gopher Team caught 4 critters in the first two weeks and we are hoping they won't be back. Communication was really good, though I wish their notification included an arrival window. Our gates are locked, so that would be helpful.

I did not feel comfortable with this service - they made 2 mistakes in their communication with me - one included charging me for 2 gophers caught when that email should have gone to a different customer - the other said they’d been to my home and found nothing- but I’d been there all day - they do not provide adequate proof of gopher catches and you must trust them when they say gophers were caught on your property- trust in financial transactions to me are mutually exclusive- my recommendation: find a different pest control team

On his initial visit to my backyard, I pointed out to John Girard that something had burrowed under my (somewhat) new retaining wall. Several large amounts of dirt now covered my flower bed in front of the barrier. I told John I suspected that either badgers or wolverines had done the damage. He laughed, and upon inspection he pointed out that the culprits were ground squirrels. He explained how the problem would be addressed and the costs involved. I decided to use Gingrich's services. Hopefully, I'll be able to give them even more of a positive review in the near future.

Very nice people good system, you can mark active holes that appear in between visits, the do catch the moles and voles, the only reason not 5 stars is cost, the service seems pricey. That said they deliver results!
