Not so good. In fairness to Pinnacle they said they couldn’t provide a warranty as my house had a deck and was on a slope. But they did say their $2k exclusion service would effectively eliminate rodents and the exterior barrier they provided would last several months and could be reapplied for lasting protection. Within 10 days I had several new rodent holes around the perimeter of my house and in a 7 day span I caught 25 mice and one rat. It’s arguably worse than before. But at least my wallet is a lot lighter.

Just for the future customers, make sure you don't sign any contract or pay them until you see the final result of the work. Because I just got charged $500 for putting a net on three roof vent holes. They will sweet talk and make it sound like very professional beforehand and right after you pay them they will just ignore you. So basically they will take your money and then just ingnore you afterwards. So just be careful with this company!

Pinnacle is absolutely fantastic! We used to have them at our home in the Sacramento area (they have a branch up there as well) and when we moved to the Bay Area we were super happy that they service the East Bay as well. I can't speak highly enough about Pinnacles customer service, amazing office staff, fantastic on-site technicians who actually CARE about their clients.. This is good old fashioned customer service, the way it SHOULD be... A+!

Pinnacle Pest Control saved me again ! I called them and they sent someone out the next day to start service on my Aunts home . She is elderly and began seeing black widow spiders all over her home .She was lucky enough to see one in her shoe before she put it on ! Anyway ,they came and webbed her entire home and sprayed her home .Im so happy they were able to come so quickly and the price was very reasonable!Thank you Pinnacle Pest !
