We had rodent (rat) problems with some that had nested in the engine bay of one of our outside vehicles despite regular use. I had gone through the process of cleaning, sanitizing, using deterrent sprays and attempted trapping but was woefully unsuccessful and the rodents came right the next day. I went through Yelp to get quotes. Ayana reached out, was very knowledgeable, reassuring and provided great insight into what to look for from a pest control service! I’m glad I went with the Simple Pest Team. Chris came out same day to scope out the situation, start the service and setup traps which were immediately effective overnight! Professional, efficient, great communicator! Omar helped us out with the disposal of 3 catches, resetting traps and provided his expertise in prevention. Again very professional, efficient and a great communicator! I would recommend the simple pest team to anyone looking to take care of their pest problems!

This company continues to give us increasingly good service. Their service personnel are quick and efficient and give me great feedback when things change. The neighborhood rat problem has nearly disappeared. Having a seasonal stream in our backyards with water running year round from yard runoff doesn't help with the varmints.
