I called Next Level Post Control and I spoke with Curtis and Ryan (two different calls since I was getting info for my Aunt on the 2nd call) and they were both so helpful. They had Jonathan one of their technician’s come out the next morning and he was absolutely fantastic! From the phone calls to Jonathan coming out, everyone was very professional and informative! Very disappointed. I had 3 appointments with them, on the first appointment, the dude made it on time and couldnt find anything but yet we were still getting bites. And the other 2 appointments, it was a no show or no call. And they keep expecting me to reschedule my appointment. And they're not giving me an explanation time why they never showed up. I don't care how many people rated this company, they aren't what they said they are. Not professional and does not care for clients. Don't waste

I’ve been using Next Level Pest Control for one year now, and I have nothing but good things to say. The customer service is great, and as always my technician, Moses went above and beyond. He’s always very thorough and professional. It’s rare that I ever see any kind of bug inside my home, and even the exterior is largely bug-free. Thanks again and see you in 2 months!
