Have not had a pest issue since I started service over a year ago. Ryan , my tech shows up when he says he's going to and always greets and alerts me to his presence. Couldn't be happier with service.

I obtained pest control services to be sure no rats get into the attic and ruin my air conditioner. As and absentee landlord, I wish Parish would detail that they got up there and paid particular atention to that crawl space.

We have great service from Parish, but this one time we had pests that came on suddenly, so they came back and spent extra time to eliminate the pests. It was above and beyond.

Kevin was very knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciated his enthusiasm and friendliness. The person who scheduled me said that Someone would be here between 10 - 12 in the morning. Kevin arrived around 5 pm so I think you scheduling needs improvement.
