This business is ridiculous, one year ago one of their guy claimed they did our home, but our gate is locked, he has no way to get in, we call them at least 4 times after they continue sending the bill, the woman Cheryl or Sharon every time said the same thing,” I will let my manager know”, today again we get one more mail saying we own them money! After 13 months! Ridiculous business! Monday I am going to send them a letter , if they keep harassing us like this, I will report them in the city whatever for charging customers for not doing their job!

We had 2 locations serviced by them, our office and our home, for our office , the guy showed up, parked his car, within 5 minutes, he packed everything ready to leave, we had ants crawling in our office everywhere, under eaves, a lot of spider webs, so we cancelled their service. for our home, they charged for not doing the work, two times our gates were locked , their service guy no way can drove in at all, and one time we were out of town for a few days , they still sent us the bill to pay. let alone their work didn't prevent ants entering inside at all. Today we got one of their overdue bill again, same thing keeps repeating, we have had cancelled their service if not 10 months, at least 8 months by now. Shellby's was good , we have been using their services for years, but now something went wrong.

So very unprofessional. I've called numerous times because they keep billing me without doing the work. I have yet to receive a call back. I've tried to cancel their service because one of their tech spit chew into my planters and they would not leave me alone about finishing my contract. I was told I could cancel at any point, what a lie.

I used them for a year per the contract I signed and paid the contract off fully also stating at the same time I no longer want to continue using them and to cancel because I would call if I needed them again. Never again again now. A few months later I received a call about a bill and I told them I had paid the contract in full already and at the same time I paid it in full, told them I wanted to cancel any further services. They said they would have things taken care of. Now another few months later, I received a call from a private number and answered it. The first call disconnected and then they immediately called right back stating I had a bill. I told the woman I had already paid the bill in full and she proceded to tell me they were sending the bill to collections now and hung up. I called Shelby's Pest control back and left a message as they didnt answer. I am still waiting to hear back.

They enter my backyard every month to spray without calling or leaving notes. I have called and have given the service people notes to please notify me first. That was a year ago.
