I called Dave Browns Pest Control for a quote to spray just my garage for black widow spiders. Dave said he would do it for free and we set up a time. When the technician Martin showed up, he was extremely knowledgeable about all types of pests and gave me a lot of information I didn’t know. Not only this but he was kind, listened to the issues I brought up and didn’t rush me. He also answered all my questions! I ended up signing up for bi-monthly service with them because of how great a company this has turned out to be!

The drivers in these trucks are viscous. Speeding through a 35MPH zone and tailgating. Thats service on a whole new level, trying to exterminate humans too I suppose?

Dave was awesome and very accommodating with our requests for services that other pest control companies would not entertain. Showed up on time for our flea treatment in our house and they were done very quickly. Our tech Kevin, was friendly and explained the process. Recommend these folks for specific services that no one else will touch.

Great customer service. Very friendly easy to work with. Great reasonable price for both one time service and every 3 months. Technician guys are all friendly funny and very informative. Answered all my questions. They have done their best to work with our schedule. Iv used other companies since owning our hone the last 30 years and Dave browns is the best iv used so far. I highly recommend them.

I called Dave Brown's Pest Control regarding a wasp issue and his guys showed up in about 60 minutes and took care of the problem immediately! Two of my kids (14 & 6 year olds) got hit multiple times and that's when I called. Very impressed with the speed and resolution that was provided. I will definitely recommend Dave Brown's Pest Control to anyone. I would give them 6 *'s if there was an option to. Thank you!!

Nice and friendly

I just want to say about an amazing experience I had with Dave Brown's pest control today. I recently just had a quadruple bypass surgery and called today to talk to them about postponing my service for a little bit for I don't get too far behind in my bills After speaking with Dave directly he agreed that we're gonna postpone it for a couple months And then he offered me a bowl of soup from my local place here in Chico w delivery by himself. Just want to give a shout to him and his business as he out of the goodness of his heart did that. Also my experience w their pest control service has been wonderful Darren Corron

Always helpful punctual, and affordable

We used Dave Browns Pest Control for 2 yrs after rebuilding from the Camp Fire. This last year we had continuing issues w/ mice due to all the construction around us and the tech not rebating the traps. We just hired a new company and they found only mold with no bait in the exterior bait boxes and one bait box 'under' our home on the other side of our crawl space by our kitchen sink WITH bait in it, the only one w/ bait in it, which is not only illegal but attracts rodents which explains the continuation of mice under our kitchen sink. None of the bait boxes were in legal compliance. The new company had me walk the entire exterior of our home so I could see all of these issues, which we would not have known otherwise. When I spoke to the owner Dave 6 weeks ago he set an appt w/ us to come by and go over issues .. he never showed and never called. Small community .. word travels fast!!

Employees don’t mask up while spraying pesticides, but will get aggressively annoyed and mouth off like little uneducated farm boys if you point that out. There is simply no fixing ignorance and stupidity, I guess.

We've used Dave for years, always great service and always goes over and above if we have an issue!

I would highly recommend Dave Brown's Pest Control. We had some ants that had invaded our house. We tried Terro Bait, but the ants were not interested, and we knew it was time to get some help. We had used Dave Brown's service several years ago when we had rats invading our property from an adjacent orchard. Dave was so helpful last time, he was the first one we thought to call. Nothing had changed! He got two of his guys, David and Scott, out to our house the same morning. David and Scott were awesome. They throughly explained what they would use to get rid of the ants, and answered all of my questions, and went to extra effort to make sure our house is pest free. We 100% recommend Dave Brown and his crew!

Brown's Pest Control is fantastic! I had an issue with some bugs and they came out within the hour and eradicated them. Their friendly staff that pays close attention to details makes signing up for their yearly services a no-brainer.
