Kelly Green Lawn

We hired Paul Kelly to take care of our newly landscaped backyard. He showed up two times. And then completely ghosted us. He came by for an initial appointment and put down some fertilizer on our plants. He showed up a second time to put down a pre-emergent herbicide. He billed us, and my wife paid him promptly. After that, we never saw him again. I tried to contact him numerous times with no result. I know he was really busy at the time, but all he had to do was communicate with us. Bad business practice anyway, you slice it.

Tried to call to get service for my house. Phone just rang and rang, so I eventually just hung up. About 15 mins later I get a rude text from some random number asking “who is this?” And refusing to answer who they were. It was upon googling the number that it came back to the owners personal cell number. Super rude and definitely lost a customer.

Paul has taken great care of my lawn for over 20 years. I had an oil leak from my lawn tractor that ruined a stretch of grass in my back yard and Paul brought it back to life. He is also great at spraying for aphids and leaf rot for my trees

We have used Kelly Green services for over 25 years and have been impressed with the professionalism of both Paul and his employees. We foolishly installed Bluegrass in our front yard and it is a bit “cranky” with our heat, Paul has done a magnificent job in keeping it going in the summer until cooler weather hits in the fall. We also have had issues with raccoons tearing up the turf in search of grubs and Paul has been able to minimize the damage and reseed when needed. Highly recommended. Mark and Trish Reinhart
