He will always send a text out of Courtesy to let me know when he’s on his way. Always comes to my door to say good morning. And ask me if I have any issues here. This company has gone through several acquisitions and we have been customers for over 20 years. When you try to cancel auto pay, there is no option on their online website. The quarterly spray service is overpriced by approximately $60 per quarter and the termite warranty is overpriced by $150. In the past 20 years, we have seen their prices inch up. These people are absolutely terrible customer service trying to charge us for a service they never came out even did because we canceled before ahead time I will be contacting the BBB and we going from there I will not recommend these people at all I wish I can give these people -0 stars I've talked to five different people keep on telling us three of them said they were going to give us a refund now they're trying to tell us that we waited too long which we called an 11th before the 16th to can
