He took the time to listen to my concerns about spiders and other bugs around our home and yard and addressed each one as needed. I called Preventive on a Tuesday afternoon about a pest issue, and they were out first thing Wednesday morning to take care of it. i would highly recommend. from their staff over the phone and staff that performed the service, i only experienced professional and knowledgeable people! i had ants, spider and silverfish! they got rid of the ants on first service and have come back several times and have gotten rid of the other pest, hence, they stand true to their guarantee!

Over the years ... I have been very impressed with all of your professional technicians... as each is qualified and conscientious. BUT... I believe Sam is one of your better technicians. He is punctual, friendly, attentive to my needs, respectful of me and my property and very through in completing his task. He insures that what we need is taken care of properly and completely. His efforts prove that he strives for satisfaction rather than simply going through the motions to pacify us. Thank you for keeping my property pest free... but I really appreciate that your staff will respond immediately should a problem develop. Keep up the excellent work. These days it is difficult to find a "Customer Service" company with such high standards.

They are consistent and we have minimal problems with pests

We have used preventative pest control for many years. We have not had a bad technician. But there have been some great ones. Today I wanted to highlight Kang and how knowledgeable and helpful he was. We have had an unusual amount of spiders in our yard, black widows too. My neighbors are not the best at taking care of their yard therefore, there seems to be more than the normal. He was very helpful to explain to us the best way and what he would do to help with our spider issues. He was very clear that you cannot eradicate them, this is where they live. But He was beyond helpful with explaining everything to us and treatment. I would absolutely never be without a pest control company, they have definitely made a huge difference in our ability to enjoy our backyard and maintain the interior of our house too.

Had to leave a note for David and he respected my request perfectly. Love this service.

Chris did a great job servicing our property. He was thorough and went the extra mile to remove spider webs on our homes exterior. I was pleasantly surprised to see him even check the doggie door. He was friendly to our senior dog and asked specific questions to address our concerns. Preventative has been professional and provides great customer service !
