Jesse takes great care of our house and we are happy with the service!

Jesse is my Bugman and he is very good with his work. Always call me when he's on the way, clears spider webs away as needed on the property and very careful spraying because my cats are always outside. He always checks to locate them before he starts his work. Very happy with his performance

Art came & did a termite inspection today. He was prompt & efficient. While inspecting our attic, he noticed our A/C duct had come apart. He took a picture for me, so I-can get it repaired. He is a 5 star technician !!

Both of our technicians have been excellent during routine treatments. Worked quickly and answered all of our questions. Very happy with our subscription so far!

Ivan Avila is amazing. He is prompt, courteous and has been my assigned service provider for several years. We USED to have a LOT of problems with ants - 3 different invasive varieties that Bugman and Ivan have remedied completely. I have been through self-treatment (FAIL), 2 local companies (FAIL). And the Bugman company finally solved it. No more ants in my house! Highly recommend.

I've used the bugman for 3 years now and each time they were thorough.., clean and knowledgeable and also clean. The first year they treated I did have termites and now I treat every year as a preventative. I have also referred them to a friend who has decided to give them a call and try them out for her ranch property not just for termites but for bugs too. I'm sure she'll be pleased with them just as I am.

We've been working with the Bugman for about a year and I hired them after letting go of another service we were unsatisfied with. Ivan is our tech and he's super communicative and takes the time to thoroughly walk through everything with me each time. He's also super communicative on text before he arrives and when he's here. The corporate company is also great -- they're really nice and easy to get a hold of and so friendly to work with.

We have had the Bugman take care of pests for twenty years from general insect extermination to wasp and rat abatement, not to mention termite inspections and termite extermination. They have always done good work at a fair price, and their techs are always courteous and knowledgeable.

Ben examined throughly for the pest I thought I had. He looked everywhere and did not think I had these pests. Thank God and his honesty was so important! Some pest control companies would sell you something…because of our experience today this is the place I will call and hopefully I’d get Ben as a technician. I was so stressed about the consequences of costs but even the examination was no cost. We are in Social Security and costs are major concerns so finding an HONEST exterminator is a HUGE DEAL! We highly recommend this BugMan company and big thank you to BEN!

Happy with the service. I was battling a never ending war with ants inside my house. It took 2 visits but I’m now ant-free!! Also, we don’t have problems anymore in our backyard with the little ankle biters!! Thanks Jesse!
