Two of my neighbors already use VHPM. I met Jeremy when my neighbor asked if he could enter my back yard to treat their East facing wall. Next thing I knew, I had an appointment with Jeremy. He arrived on time and his first visit was very thorough. We were having a terrible spider problem. Not any more! We have already had our second service and we couldn't be happier. We can enjoy our back yard again, any time we want with zero spider problems. I highly recommend this organization.

Jeremy came out for the first visit and was so friendly, funny and really took the time to explain the pests he found in my yard and how they could harm my pets and even my Hibiscus plant! He showed up on time and a did a thorough walk through of the entire property setting up traps and answering all the questions I had giving me a better understanding of the situation. Jeremy has been our go to guy for our pest control for few years. His preventative treatment for insect control is so thorough and has proven effective year after year. Recently, I found large amount rat droppings and called Jeremy for an inspection. He came and explained similarities and differences between rat dropping and lizard dropping which he found everywhere around the house. Just to make sure he even inspected attic space and bought our family great relief. Scheduling a service is a convenient process and Jeremy has always been accommodating. He has always been prompt in response, attentive to our needs and very insightful in his solutions.

I highly recommend Villa Hiils Pest Management. They are honest and reasonably priced. I heard rats in my attic and called them. Jeremy came out, did a thorough investigation, and gave me all my options. He suggested I wait and see if I heard them again before going to the expense of setting traps. He then came back and closed off all the areas where they might be getting in. I was expecting the fee to be much higher. What a relief to have peace of mind. I would give them 10 stars!

Like all the other reviewers say, Jeremy is very professional and responsible. When we met for the first appointment he gave me a thorough introduction of how it works and what my expectation should be. He was swift and efficient. We had to call him back because we still saw some ants inside after a few days; he picked up phones over the weekend, came out 6:30am Monday morning to inspect inside and spray more indoors. We no longer saw any more ants indoors since. He's definitely A++++!!!
