Excellent service! I wrote a review 7 years ago praising their work, and now, 7 years later, they’re still following up with me every year. Their customer service was already outstanding, but it’s improved even more over time. I believe this is a family-owned business, which, in my experience, takes the service to the next level. Their pricing is very competitive, but the respect and positive attitude they show customers is priceless. I’ll hire them for every termite or wood repair job my house needs. They offer a great warranty, though I’ve never had to use it because their craftsmanship is well above average. And no, I’m not saying this for a discount—I genuinely appreciate their honesty and reliability.

This is by far , the best service the I have used ever!!! Ryan's professionalism really showed when he kept going, even after hours . It was 3:00 pm on a Friday , he got the call and he hardly blinked . He knew what he had to do and did it with tact . I highly recommend this guy .

Didn't even know we had termites until we had the free inspection. They helped work around my crazy schedule. They were able to find the termites and remove them on the same day for a very reasonable price. The inspector who came was very friendly and professional. he explained the whole process and broke down the price so I could better understand the services. Will definitely be using this company for any future inspections or treatments.

Ar my home office in Laguna Beach, wanted to do some maintenance against any termite risks and Ultimate Termite go the job done wonderfully! Definitely ask whether their Bora-Care foam solution is right for you. Basically, they inject foam into the walls which I found to be effective and non-intrusive to my office. I was swimming in my pool when what I thought was a mosquito or winged ant was floating on the surface. It was neither! I realized it was a termite!!! I live on 2 acres and I have a gazebo near my pool, so had Ultimate Termite Control come inspect and treat for termites and whatever damage was done. I was surprised how thorough their inspection and treatment was! (I had no idea that termites can live in the ground too!! Well worth the cost of treatment, AND EDUCATION, because the damage to my gazebos and even my house repair would cost so much more! I am so grateful!

I never thought I would be writing a review for, But this company really deserves it. I had no idea what to do about this problem and heard only horror stories. Before they arrived, they were very patient and explaining all of the different ways are going about it, but I could just see they were talking to me as if a friend down the block, and not trying to upsell me something I didn’t need. The technician actually told me it was worse than he expected and I thought oh here it comes get out the checkbook. But not at all. It’s a pleasure to see honest, ethical people are still out there doing their job Thank you guys i’m beginning to finish, Seamless.

Fantastic exceptional service. These guys at Ultimate rocked it on the diagnosis and repair work these stupid destructive insects did. They ate a bunch of wood throughout the whole closet and it was a mess. Ultimate Termite completed fixed everything back to its original condition. Love these guys and very professional.

Excellent service and repair work. Very satisfied. I had a termite issue that started along both sides of a kitchen window sill area that I thought would have been a disaster, but Ultimate Termite Control guys came out and completely treated and repaired everything perfectly!! Poor service and crooks. Will not do work properly. Had some type of bias when at my home. I would not recommend them. When I complained about the service, he decided to post my information on Craigslist as retaliation. I have been legally advised to create a restraining order. Run from this business. You have been warned.
