This company is amazing! They explained everything in advance and made the process so easy. A huge thank you to Marshall and his team for tenting our home, patio and garage for termites!

Sales rep was courteous and responsive. I hired them for two jobs. During the tent fumigation I ran three indoor air-quality monitors; readings stayed ≥90/100 the entire time. I’m not making a technical claim—just sharing what I observed—which left me unsure whether sufficient gas was used. After the work, I didn’t hear from the company until ~45 days later, when I suddenly got a past-due email, a text, and a notice threatening legal action within an hour. I had already mailed payment by check about two weeks after service and immediately sent them a copy. The abrupt escalation and lack of post-service follow-up were disappointing. They should provide a post-service report, communicate billing timelines clearly, and allow a reasonable grace period before collections threats.

I would not recommend Suncrest for their poor customer service, lack of transparency, and overall carelessness. They show no regard in letting you know what to expect during tenting. My scheduled time was from 11am to 1pm. I was surprised with SoCal gas showed up at 7am. In my multiple calls with their office, Suncrest never told me that the gas company was coming that day. When I told them about this situation, they were rude and just continue to state it's in the contract in a lecturing manner. Suncrest tells me that the tent will be off by 2pm and it will take about an hour to take it. To my surprise again, they arrive at 11am when I am not there and proceed to climb into my house through the second story. I specifically told the office that I wanted to be on site and did not give them permission to enter my home. During the tenting process, they were in no way careful of how they treat your home. They knocked over my cylinder block retaining wall while putting up their tent, dug up my gravel path that they left dug up, broke multiple branches of landscaping including flower pots, and did of this all without telling me. This is first experience working with them and I would suggest finding another company.

This is a stand up company they were prompt courteous, great craftsmanship they left the project clean. I definitely will recommend this company to anyone that is looking for this service.

I had a terrible experience with Suncrest, especially with customer service representative Kaileen. They sent an inspector to assess my house on 12/20/23. However, I never received the promised report from the inspector. Approximately a week later, I called them, and Kaileen explained that the inspector had contracted Covid, so could not issue the report. But she said she still could schedule a treatment for 1-3:30 pm on 1/5/24, and I agreed. On 1/4/24, I had not received any report, so I called to confirm the appointment on 1/5. Kaileen answered the phone and was very rude on the phone, claiming that they had already sent the report and accusing me of not checking my email carefully (I double-checked my spam/trash folder and did not find any reports from them). Furthermore, she denied scheduling a treatment for me on 1/5. When I requested to speak with her manager, she responded in an arrogant and rude tone, stating that there was no one else available and said they could call me back and then hung up on me.

We have maintenance service for spiders,ants,fleas, whatever season brings. Large yard. Great customer service Professional and friendly. Several service options

I know Suncrest Co.for long time in my real estate experience, and they’re still great.Used today for rodent on attic, Tim is very professional and explained everything, I hope don’t need to use anymore, but if so, definitely call them, thank you!

My parents' house and my house were fumigated 10 years ago by Max One company. Now it is time to fumigated again. So I called Max One and that number was picked up by this Suncrest company and I was told that the Max One owner was retired and all of his customers are sent to Suncrest. So I asked Suncrest to come to my parents home and give me an estimate. Their price was competitive and my intial encounters with Suncrest were good. But the problems come when they took off the tents off the house. I saw the crews walked careless on the roof and now I have so many broken roof tiles. The 2nd problem is that the day right after fumigation was finished, I already saw aunts ants inside the house. I think that they may use less amount of Vikrane than supposed to be so they can make extra profit. I never had these experiences with Max One company. I hope this post will help the future home owners to decide to use this Suncrest company or not. For sure, I will not use this company for my home. Now I have to look for roof contractor to fix my parent home roof and to find a new fumigation company for my home. 6/22/22 Now I update my review: I just got an estimate from a roofing company to replace the broken tiles. They said there are 27+ broken roof tiles and it costs about $700 to replace them. My parents' home and my separate homes were fumigated with Max One fumigation company about 10 years ago and had no broken tiles. Now , this Suncrest company caused 27+ broken tiles. I remembered that I asked the crews of this company to be careful to walk on the roof when removing the tents off the house when the fumigation was completed . And they didnot even care because they knew that the broken tile repair is the responsible of the owner.

Our tent was not properly secured and was blown off by the wind. Our neighbors have expressed concern and sent us photos. This is a major issue and the lack of response and attention to this urgent issue is a concern. Currently STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY Lack of accountability! This is the response to a review. They immediately respond to a review but not to calls! Unacceptable!

Nice friendly and they know what they are doing.

Very efficient one stop shop. We had put off termite fumigation for many years because of the difficulties in packing, roof repair and follow up. Suncrest made it very easy

They were able to meet me to do an inspection very quickly, and they gave me an honest rundown. Another company tried to charge me over double for subterranean termites, but Marshall from Suncrest was able to instantly identify that they did not exist and the extra treatment was unnecessary. They were able to tent the house within a week, and broke it down promptly two days later. I hope to never need their services again, but they will be the first and only people I call if I do.

Good service and reasonable prices.

Fair price, excellent service, finished on time as promised. We had put this off for far too long afraid of it being too expensive and too much to prepare for. I was surprised at the very fair price, and the prep wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be. In hindsight, I wish we'd taken care of this a long time ago. It feels great now knowing our house is cleared of termites and other uninvited guests! Thank you very much for all of your hard work!!

Most staff are courteous and professional. However, communication with clients can be a little better, and don't make promises that can't be kept.

I've been a Realtor for over 16 years and my old termite vendor retired from his business. I came across Suncrest Termite Company from a home I sold and I was impressed with their service. So, I hired them to do a job at my own home. They are responsive, on time, and don't over sell you on things you don't need. I have found my new go to Termite Company!!!! I am super impressed by them. Hire them and you won't be disappointed!!
