My wife and I have been customers of Stanley Pest Control for quite a while - at least 7 years. Before Stanley, we had a horrible ant problem inside our house. A Stanley technician’s initial anti-pest treatment was so successful, we signed up for the monthly service. We were assigned to William Jimenez’s route and he has been wonderful. We have only had one ant in the house in 7 years, and I brought it in on my shoe. William performs Stanley’s monthly treatments around the perimeter of the house and unattached garage. He also checks for wasp nests and re-charges the In2Care mosquito station (provided by Stanley). It’s amazing how the In2Care mosquito station works (Google it). We spend a lot of time on our patio. Last summer I had zero mosquito bites – my wife had 1 or 2. I haven’t seen a single mosquito yet this year (it’s almost May). William is a great Stanly Pest Control representative. His work ethic is impeccable, he is friendly, and ready to help with any non-standard insect or pest problem. And he is extremely knowledgeable about pests. Once my wife encountered an almost microscopic bug, she described it to William and he immediately told her it is probably a harmless “spring-tail”. She Googled it and William was right-on! He knows his bugs. Our latest pest problem was that we suspected that a rodent was in our attic. We called William and he relayed our concern to Stanley headquarters. The next day Stanley provided a thorough free rodent inspection of our house. The inspection discovered a few small openings in the attic and garage where rats or mice could gain entrance. There was evidence that a rodent had been in our attic, but had not set up permanent residence YET. The next day William stopped by and patched all the openings … and this was after his regular daily work load. I forgot to mention that we also get a yearly termite inspection from Stanley. Because the termite problems are discovered early, minor treatment is usually all that is required. There are a lot of things to worry about when you own a home. We are thankful that William Jimenez and Stanley Pest Control has removed insects and pests from our worry list.

The Team of Dan Montes & Noe was great- Very professional, explained in detail all being proformed & why. They knew exactly what to do, completed the job in 2 days. Took care of the termite hot areas in basement & attic as well as replaced dry rod wood areas. I signed on authorization to do the treatment, I trust the representative that makes me believe the price is 1200 after I asked for discount (from the whole price) not part of it That's why I signed without reading it plus I have two guys one in the garage and one in bedroom to access the attic i was try to keep an eye on them

Great work and communication between the field and the office..

Stanley Pest Control performed an excellent service. Both the front office gal and tech which completed the in home service were professional knowledgeable and pleasant. Stanley Pest Control answered our call for assistance and performed the service request by end of day which is impressive. We appreciated the updates via text of the techs estimated time of arrival which was within a 30 - 40 minute window. Stanley Pest Control is definitely worth it!

Daniel Montes did wood repair work for us. Daniel was great throughout the two days. Thorough, excellent replacement and repair of damaged trellis and eaves. His communication with us was great. Highly recommend Daniel.
