PDRS- The Property Doctors

I had a pipe burst in my kitchen on a Sunday night and The Property Doctors were at my house within a couple hours. They handled everything from water extraction, structural drying, and even checked for moisture behind the walls so there were no surprises later. The team was professional, communicative, and genuinely put my family's safety first. I cannot recommend them enough.

I have no words to describe Fred and the Property Damage Restoration Services. If you want the best rest assure he is the go to person. I don’t usually take the time to write a review unless the work is either really good or really bad. In this case, PDRS is exceptional. Fred and PDRS is the absolute BEST when it comes to water damage and mold remediation. This is the second time I’m using Fred for water related damages. When you ask Fred for help he brings an entire team of experts at his disposal to help. Fred is extremely knowledgeable as a restoration expert but more importantly he knows how to work with insurance companies. He has made my life so much easier. Fred is honest and a person of high integrity. When you hire him he is always looking out for your best interest. I can’t commend him enough. I just know if I have another water related damage I’ll be calling Fred.

Our property had water damage to a balcony subfloor, interior framing and drywall that resulted from an exterior leak. Fred was very patient with us and went above and beyond trying to help us get the HOA or homeowner's insurance to pay for the repair. Ultimately, both weaseled out of it, but PDRS gave us a fair price and began work immediately. The project took a few weeks and Fred and his team were very communicative and accomodating throughout. During the walkthrough Fred even offered to have his guys come back out and fix some adjacent drywall that wasn't part of the water damage, for free! I hope we don't ever need this type of work again, but if we do we know who we'll call!

It means a lot to know that he took his time to really assess our situation and investigate even though there wasn’t work at this time that was recommended but he made himself available for the future if after we need. PDRS handled some of the remediation of my home after the Eaton Fire in Jan 2025. They were responsible for the pack out of my soft goods (clothes, rugs, curtain etc) and powerwashing my home. I can't recommend them enough - the care and kindness I received from them during a stressful time was so considerate. My things came back clean and they were never hard to get a hold of. If you are looking for a company that will treat you well - you've come to the right place!

Fred is extremely knowledgeable for anything water, fire and mold. Having your house waterlogged or affected by mold is extremely disruptive and inconvenient. The PDRS team's attention to detail, focus, care and experience helps to make the best of a challenging situation.

I had a water heater burst in my garage early March . I went on Google and found PDRS is the nearest people to me for water damage services. They were able to come out very quick and Fred and his crew came out to help me with the damages and wetness to my drywall, he ended up finding a bedroom behind the water heater got wet as well. He helped me process a claim through my insurance since this is my first water damage I experienced. The process was smooth and really informational for any future event that could occur to my house. I now have PDRS saved in my phone because they will be the first I call if this happens again.

PDRS and especially Fred and his team were incredible during a difficult time. I had a A/C leak in my attic and responded quickly and informed me of the process and helped make things easier with dealing directly with my insurance company, overall Fred made a difficult time for me so smooth.
