PERSISTENT ROACH AND RODENT INFESTATION When I first moved into The Chadwick in Koreatown, I was blown away by the "luxury" apartment prices, pool and beautiful landscaping. However, once I settled in, the pest problems started to pile up. Roaches appeared my first week in the building and quickly became an apartment and complex wide infestation. Roaches and mice routinely scatter around the complex and surrounding sidewalks. The leasing office sent ISO TECH several times, but the problem persisted. It was ONLY when I contacted the LA Health Department to file a formal complaint, did they take more action. After that, I paid for my own treatments, because of their missed appointments, late arrivals and ineffective treatment. All of this is to say, DO NOT TO HIRE ISO TECH. They send incompetent, lazy workers who are ill-equipped to deal with pest control in apartment complexes and individual apartments.

I hired this company to inspect one of my apartment buildings for bed bugs but the individuals working for this company destroyed half of the tenants furniture. Also, one the employees for this company was caught stealing on video. If your a landlord, do yourself a favor, and do not hire this company.
