Defender Wildlife & Pest Control

I was having issues with squirrels in the attic getting in through the roof vents, I tried contacting several places, but defender was by far the most responsive. They quickly sealed the entrance and were able to remove one of the squirrels caught on the first day. They will also be installing mesh guards over all the roof vents to prevent future issues.

I am very pleased with the quality of service and pricing of their product/service line. All their services, including critters control and prevention remains the best of any I have used. Thank you so much!

I’ve used Defender for my Pest Control for eight years now and in two different houses. They’re always very responsive, friendly, on time and most importantly eliminate any pests. I rarely need them to come back but a few times were the problem persists they’re always fast to come back out and retreat. You won’t regret doing business with them!

They came out and got us a Termite inspection, and contract for our REFI, when our previous company thought they had us over the barrel. They gave a good rate, and good rates on yard spray, and quarterly service. It's a family business. They are customer service oriented. Highly recommended. Fantastic customer service. We've been using Defender since 2019 when they first started. They always go out of their way to take care of their customers.

AVOID THIS COMPANY and thank me later. I'm big on customer service and hiring professionals that know what they're doing and Defender Pest Control falls short in both of these areas. We used Defender for our real estate portfolio in NWA and wanted to give the small family owned business a chance, but they continued to come up short. We had to have them come out and retreat several times for simple and obvious issues. The owner Nate would complain to our staff about high fuel cost and ask that we provide him with a detail list of what to look for for each property he would treat for us. With our other pest control vendors, they have their own internal process and list of what to look for when they treat a home and will provide us with what was treated and any issues they came across we might need to address in the future. Again don't waste your time or money- go elsewhere...anywhere but not Defender Pest Control.
