Really didn't enjoy dealing with these guys. First, the guy didnt even inspect my crawlspace because everything looked "fine" from the exterior. Then I didn't renew my contract with them and I get a voicemail saying that they are coming on Thursday and that I should be home. Didn't even call to ask my schedule. Then they tried to pass themselves off as an insurance company saying that if there was any termite damage they would cover it so if I didn't renew I would be on the hook for any termite

Their core business seems to be fine, although this year the tech was pretty adamant about leaving with a check after my yearly service. My check never cleared, and I got late notices - understandable since the tech no longer works there and never turned in my payment. Unfortunately, this is a financial risk so I had to stop payment on the check. West quickly agreed to reimburse the $29 stop payment fee, which was nice.
