Chrystal and her crew worked from 4:00 to 7:00 to lay sod and do some edging to beat the rain. I have had their service for around five to six years. I have looked for evidence when they come and have always found a a note in the door and something on the ground. My Yard has been the best on the Block.

I have several issues to address. They claimed to have treated my lawn, but I have camera footage proving otherwise. Caleb, the supervisor, is the most disrespectful person I have ever spoken with. They stated they treated my backyard, but that did not happen. I never received a call to inform me that they would be coming, which would have allowed me to bring my dogs inside. So, they say they treated my lawn while my dogs were outside, exposed to those chemicals? Choose this company if you want your dog running around with chemicals. Oh, and they will charge you a fee at the end if you cancel. Even though you never sign a contract.

I have been trying to get a refund on a credit I have on my account for about 3 weeks now. When I cancelled my service bc I moved, I was told that I had a large balance and they would have to get back with me. I never signed a contract nor did I have a balance like I was led to believe on the phone. They have continued to bill my card despite my cancellation notice in writing. *edit* I had to dispute the most recent charge as it was never credited back. *I have reached out via email MULTIPLE TIMES in the past regarding my account being credited what I am owed/never authorized. I don't need to talk to anyone else. I need to be refunded asap. EDIT 9/2/25 I have emailed ultra green so they will stop calling and leaving voicemails claiming I owe money. I wrote an email months ago to terminate my service in writing. My card was charged anyway, and no one came out obviously bc I cancelled it. I disputed this with American Express and was refunded. I was also finally credited the money I was overcharged bc they have to talk to you on the phone and try to talk you out of your decision. However, I am now receiving daily phone calls that I have a balance on an account that I do not have!! If I really want to be honest, my yard is still covered in nut grass. ULTRAGREEN--STOP CALLING ME! I DO NOT WANT A DISCOUNTED SERVICE BY $1 and I DO NOT OWE ANYTHING FOR A SERVICE I CANCELLED AND WAS ALSO NOT RENDERED.

I’m very disappointed with ultra green services. In the beginning (several years ago) service was very good, over time the service became so bad that I had to cancel in November 2022. I accidentally double paid my last invoice for service in Oct 2022 and have talked with your office a couple different times. I was told that the owner is very busy and owns multiple businesses and would take about 6-8 weeks to issue refund check. Sad to say still no check for $116.80.

I would not recommend this company in Maumelle, AR! My mom and I had the worse experience! With my mom, they never showed up to even start their services! For her first application, they never showed. They kept telling her that they would come the next day, then the next day, then the next! Still never showed up! So my mom requested a refund for what she paid for, the prepaid amount! They never refunded her. Every time she would call, they would ignore her call. I even went up there on her behalf, and they still came up with excuses as to why she never received her refund, mind you, they never completed any services for her BECAUSE THEY NEVER SHOWED UP! She had to seek legal action to get her full refund. They still never refunded her fully. We both prepaid for 6 months, which was a huge mistake! For me, my experience was horrible as well! The guy who came out to apply fertilizer to my yard spent all of two minutes for my front and backyard. This was very suspicious to me! Then they burnt my grass with the fertilizer! So now I have this huge brown patch in my front yard! It looks horrible. When I brought it up to them, showed them pictures and all, they would not refund my money at all! I asked them what could be done about my burnt grass, and he pretty much just said there was nothing they could do about it! Plus he had a horrible attitude like I was the one who burnt my grass!! Do not go to this company unless you want horrible service along with burnt grass!!

Worst experience I have ever had with a business. They destroyed large sections of my lawn due to over application and then made the problem worse when they tried to apply "special" solutions that were supposed to bring my lawn back to life. The end result was that the sections of lawn that they destroyed needed to be totally replaced and they refused to repair the areas that they damaged. I have never had a company refuse to own up to their mistakes and refuse to repair their mistakes like Ultagreen.

They have been my lawn care service for 3 years. One day I found out my lawn was dying so I called this company and asked why this happened. The agent told me there's fungus on my lawn and I had to pay extra to remove it. I couldn't understand why the employee didn't even notice it until I found out it's dying but I just paid extra $500 for removing it. But still my lawn was looking terrible after the job done. I wish I could post photos of my poor lawn. Folks, don't be a victim like me.

I recall meeting with you. The sprinkler system leaking under the ground will keep the ground moist 100% of the time which is a breeding ground for fungus and disease. The service tech that didn’t bring to your attention was reprimanded, although he isn’t a sprinkler technician. We’d love to have your business back one day. Have a great day!

Highly overrated, overpriced, pays customers $25 each for a 5-star review so all the reviews are misleading and tainted. Owner has been known to cuss customers on the phone and even hang up on them just because he is losing the complaint argument. Technicians work high all the time. Highly recommend any other lawn service! So today owner Caleb calls me wanted me to take down my reviews and I stated that if he could find any lies in there I’ll be happy to take it down. I’ve never quit a job in my life. If the owner of the company had removed all your accesses and given your company cell phone to someone else my perception was that I was fired and I believe you will agree. Then he lies to the state and tells him that I quit so I couldn’t get any unemployment insurance. He purposely did this thinking I would come crawling back. And now in his narrative he wants it to look like I’m the one who’s crazy. The narrative response below proves exactly how he treats all of his customers and his employees. What a sorry human being! I’m thinking about starting a daily blog on Facebook to tell everybody about how Caleb treats his customers through lies and overcharging. He also promised my wife and I that he would pay for an all expense paid trip to Vegas or Miami for being top company salesman or wherever we wanted to go and then when it came time to give it out he claims he never said that. What a LIAR!!!!! There are plenty of lawn treatment companies here please choose anyone but this one.

Not sure how to reply to a disgruntled employees review who is upset that his employer refused to help him commit unemployment fraud after providing him a great paying job for 20 months allowing him to make over $160,000. Now he is slandering the company that provided a great opportunity for him and his family after he quit multiple times while each time agreeing to come back to work after his demands were met to only turn around a quit again just to renegotiate terms of employment. I feel like we should of helped you pay for counseling after your psychological break. Wish you all the best in your future endeavors! I WAS a potential client of this company. Before things got started, work was done on the next door property which was terrible. I contacted the office and asked that someone come out and reassure me that I could expect better service. After about a month and no response, I noticed a truck and went out to discuss things. The individual I spoke with presented the attitude that: "The company is always right." I have NEVER experienced anyone with worse customer service. After contacting the corporate office, I found out his name is Caleb and is the owner of the company. I guess he sets the bar for service and unfortunately, it is very low. I am going elsewhere.

Beware. We have spent over $300 to have our yard treated since February. It's now June and are yard is still full of weeds. I don't even think they have been spraying. Every time we call they say they are coming out and never show. So much for satisfaction guaranteed.
