The ONLY reason I’m giving this company three stars is because their technicians are amazing. The receptionist that answers the phone on the other hand is awful. For them being a “family owned company” they could do so much better in the customer service department…

I would never use this business due to an experience I just had. I was trying to leave the gas station to get to an appointment. The driver of this truck was distracted on his phone or something. There was literally no traffic going either way and he could easily turn and let other people out of the gas station. I waited sufficient time and then I lightly tapped my horn in case he just wasn’t paying attention. He gave me the middle finger out the window and yelled and obscenity. Best believe I will remember this business and I will never use them. What a disgusting way to talk to somebody, especially when you’re distracted driving a business vehicle.

Another year has passed and another Great Job did by Superior Termite & Pest Control

I used their services for a number of years but recently ceased doing business due to poor communication. I carried a termite insurance policy with them but they never entered my home. When on my property they simply walked around the outside of my house which is all brick. Not sure how they would see wood damaging insects. Perhaps this is normal but struck me as strange.

I received a bill for 12/19/24, I was home anytime after 9am no one came to my door, I looked back at my cameras there was no one on video. I had them coming to my house for spiders so they have to come in the house to treat for spiders.

Awesome people. Great to work with. Never had an issue.

They come and check our house every year at the very same time. They leave the bill at the door. We haven’t had any problems. Thanks guys.

When I first moved into a home alone I owned as a single woman in Jonesboro, I had Terminix come do an initial inspection on my house and basement for quarterly pests and yearly termite. My house was built in 1934 but was just completely renovated. The service-man looked at my basement and house. I didn't go into basement with him. When he came up out of basement, he showed me pictures...black substance all over boards. They could get it taken care of for me, would be $10,000. I called a second opinion with Superior they came and looked and said those are brand-new boards and there is absolutely NO MOLD down there!! I have used them ever since. They HAVE ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS showed up when they said they would, are quick. are quick about billing. and can easily pay online. They make it quick and easy.

Superior Termite and Pest Control is dependable and timely with their services. We have been customers for several years and are happy with services provided.

This place is a joke. Check your contract carefully, very carefully. My elderly disabled parents and been paying their fees for over 7 years. But when the termites began to eat away at the floor below our water heater it actually fell through the floor! Oh but wait, they had the balls to tell my parents they only spray every 10 years! We are swarmed by termites every April in out bathroom, dining room and laundry room, but because we do not have actual photos of the swarms it does not count! It's now going to cost my parents thousands of dollars to have our Laundry room floor torn out and fixed. And this is on top of the yearly fee we paid them to spray. And before you say anything, no, we never ever had a leak in our Laundry room that they claimed we did. They've been out here twice trying to make my parents feel like idiots, but they have not run into their 3 daughters.

Incredibly unprofessional, do yourself a favor and find help elsewhere.

The manager there is very unprofessional and I will NEVER use them as long as SHE is there working ... There is no place for that .. We do NOT have to use your service ...

I called them to ask if they could come out to my home in Missouri. Jonesboro office set it over to Blytheville office which was okay, since Blytheville is 26 miles from me. No one ever came out to inspect my house and I gave them a week before calling them back. When I called back Blytheville office lied and said they had came out and I had a mice problem which is a lie, because my husband have been home all week and mother stays next door to me and neither of them seen anyone come to the door. That's bad business from the Blytheville branch!
