SPRAY DOESNT WORK!!! Do not hire this company their spray doesn't work!! HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION i would not have hired this company from all the bad reviews but my cheap landlords did!! Do NOT Hire this horrible company

They sprayed for a year , done no good at all. Called someone else and they fixed my bug problem in 1 day. Adams just took me for my money . No stars if I could. Don't use Adams pest control

Every time I needed anything, they were there, and the customer service was always top-tier, from the representatives coming to spray to the yearly inspections and the call center. Very disappointing end to a promising customer. I was told in the beginning that I could have my house sprayed not every quarter because that was a different plan. So I said can they do every other quarter. They agreed no big deal. Told them very specifically NEVER come to my house without me being there or at the very minimum my knowledge for tons of reasons I should not have to name when it comes to trusting strangers around your house,, my dogs in the backyard, safety for my kids. Been a customer now for going on 2 years and not had a problem with that until early August when decided to show up and spray my entire exterior without my knowledge. So I called and explained the situation and said if they cannot at least give me the courtesy of a phone call then I do not need their services anymore. One lady got very rude with me and hung up the phone which is very unprofessional. I called them back and was told the manager would talk to me and he never called back. One young woman talked to me and did help me and I let them know after I called them back that I needed my interior sprayed this time. They said they would have someone call and schedule this. Fast forward to the present day and 3 more phone calls around 2 weeks apart each time. They now inform me that they are cancelling my service because they just are not a fit for me anymore. Funny it took a month and a half for them to tell me that when I was waiting on someone to call me and come spray the inside of my house. SO needless to say very very unprofessional to say the least. Their technicians have always been great and even some of the workers in the office have been fine to talk to at times but this is not good customer service at all. Will be moving my termite protection as well now.

Rebbeca get some other job if you can’t handle customer care , Rude , unprofessional don’t want to listen what customer saying . Waste of time and sending bills without giving proper solutions .

Rebecca needs to be fired!! Very unprofessional and rude to her clients. It’s funny how when I first called she was all so nice and sweet and the moment you want to cancel service her attitude is by far the worst. When you want them to do a job they are paid for they don’t and when you no longer want their services they come out to service. None of their products worked and I got ignored by the worker that came out. Rebecca over-talked me the entire 8 mins we were on the phone and wasn’t listening to anything I had to say. Sarcastic attitude the whole time. I’m highly disappointed in her. Currently waiting to speak to her manager hopefully he’ll have better customer service skills then her. Update: I moved it to 3 stars because Cliff called me and he was so very nice and actually listened to my problem. Thank you for that.

They get it all!

The two gentlemen that came out to spray our house was very friendly and they found our house without any trouble at all (we cannot say that for most people!). Every time that I have called the women that answer the phones are always very friendly and helpful. So far so good, I would recommend them to anyone.

Communist company . They are terminating employees for refusing the vaccine . Although I am personally vaccinated , I feel it is up to the individual to make health decisions that affect their life . You don't see them terminating smokers or alcoholics .

The technician was supposed to come on Friday but never came. He apologizd and said he would come on Saturday but never showed up that day either. Gonna use another agency.

This place depends solely on the tech that sent out. Chris in Jonesboro is very accommodating and does great work!

Great customer service. From the girls on the phone from the office to the techs that service our houses in the several years that I have used them I have never had a bad experience. Their prices are more than fair and I have never used a company with such an amazing staff. The technicians are always so polite and helpful becoming almost like family.

Once we finally got someone out to do the treatment outside for termites, he had to come twice to do the full job. The second time, he used a pick axe to trench next to the house and knocked a bunch of concrete off our foundation. We went back and forth with them for over a year trying to get them to come fix it and they never did. They kept promising but never followed through. It felt like they were not taking responsibility and lying to us.

called at 9:20am and the technician was at my house at 12:05pm. Brandon was very professional and friendly. He told me what exactly what he was going to do and what I needed to do to make it harder for mice to enter my home. overall great experience. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who is in need of services.

Wonderful folks. Steven got me set up FAST and the guy who came out to do the annual treatment on my house was awesome and took pride in his work.
