We had a rat infestation because of the neighbors house being treated and the rats migrated to our house and other neighbors. We tried TERMINIX first and they absolutely sucked and expected us to do all of the work for hundreds of dollars. We called Grisham’s and they were super nice, did all the work and treated our rats the first visit. We have not had an issue since then. Best place around and very reasonably priced.

0 stars paid for entire year (quarterly service) only received 2 services. Only after I called and reminded them to come back. Did not used to be this way. Do not use this company
