These people are amazing. The woman I spoke with was very empathetic and the tech was very professional and incredibly conscious of our pets when putting the bait out. They were at the house within a day from the initial call and we've had zero traces of rats after the poison took affect. Recommend these folks to anyone!

I believe her name was betty. But she was very rude, condescending and hateful when i was trying to book an inspection for a purchase of a home. She didnt want to deal with the customer only a title company and she insisted the owners pay for it. Its not her choice who pays. Its ours! Dont use this comapny
