Honestly, the guy who scheduled us swore they counted fifteen animiels in the attic, so I was not expecting much but I promised to write a review. turned out the tech they sent was defintely thorough he hauled out three entire nests from the soffit and explained everything step by step. he even showed me the original damage and how they sealed it so racoons and bats cant get back in. Place was clean and he cleaned up every tuft of insualtion behind him. im actually a little surprised how professional they were for a small town pest company alright yeah they earned a good word from me. I will totally be using them again if the wasps find a new gap in the spring

Anyone else had problems with more bugs showing up after being treated? Sometimes the treatments do work for a little bit, but im unsure why we need to do another service call 3 days after treatment. Save your money and find a company that doesn't make their money on service calls. I will be looking for another company who will do their job right the first time.

Called Fairfield Bay office on a Monday to make an appointment for a termite quote. I was told they were behind and I would be called in a couple days. 2 weeks later they still hadn't called back. I called again and was told someone would call. They didn't. I called Hopper in Heber Springs and the next day they scheduled me with an appointment (even though they were also behind). P.S. We purchased a yearly contract with them......

They do not label chemicals correctly. They over mix chemicals to a dangerous level. There's such a disconnect between employees and office staff. They overcharge clients and don't do the actual work. Overall worst experience ever.

They started to set up my residence for service termites and other bugs Works for about an hour and half leaves I talk to office after wondering why he hasn't returned they say he must of had to go do another job Start one finish one I've set aside what needed to do to be here for them to work So unprofessional bad service no Respect for your customers time I should be refunded some money for bad disrespectful service

Dennis takes really good care of getting rid of bugs and mice. He's very nice
