I can't say enough about how great this company is. The staff are probably one of the kindest I have ever spoken to. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the service that was provided, and really made me happy that I chose them over others. We had an issue with some spiders.... Big NOPE. After they treated the spiders I didn't even have an ant in the house for years to come. Magic dust or something.. Also when they do their inspections from under the house.... They come out covered in dirt and even tell you if they see other issues underneath the house beyond the service requested (loose cables or water spots). I had a leaning hot water tank and they mentioned it to me. Had it fixed in no time, saving me potential disaster.

They do an EXCELLENT job. I've never had a bad experience. The guy that came out today was very friendly and professional. I'm not sure of his name but I will be asking for him from now on. I highly recommend them.

Won't spray for roaches if they see old trail of bed bugs because they want to change you 1200 to do that first they come back and spray for the other. They say they don't want to transfer them even if thare was some thare it's not like your going the roll it the your walking around and spraying don't understand why that is hard to do

Mr. Vaughan, we are sorry we could not provide a roach service to you because of the bed bug issue. Our standard of practice on this matter protects our customers from the possibility of acquiring bed bugs from our technicians that travel from customer to customer, house to house. Bed bugs are known to travel in this manner by hitch-hiking on clothing and other infested products and then coming off in a new location, this can easily be done just by brushing against an infested item. The last thing we would ever want is for a tech to leave a property with bed bugs and then travel to a new place and to start a new infestation there. As a matter of fact, when a tech comes into contact with bed bugs, they have to go home, shower and change clothes and then go back to work to finish their day. Bed bug treatments have the possibility of being very expensive due to several factors including chemical cost, labor, the amount of trips involved and the amount of clutter. We are very meticulous in eradicating bed bugs the correct way by the label of the chemical manufacturer because it is such a big deal for our customers to be comfortable in their own home without the risk of spreading bed bugs to those they come into contact with on a daily basis. We do not, and will not put anyone in jeopardy of acquiring bed bugs, hence our stance on this matter,

The first guy that came out didn't spray correctly so we still had ants. I called the office and they sent someone out who sprayed like they should have in the beginning. Nice guys that come out. Great customer service at the office as well. They made it right.
