Contacted Neff to exterminate pests at my property near Snowflake, AZ. Expensive, but I agreed to use them. In October or so, they contacted me via text asking if they could service again. If they agreed to take some extra pictures and send, I would allow it and even offered to pay for the extra photos. They did not take payment - their choice - and sent me some photos. Then, in December, again asked to service my property. I said I needed more photos. They agreed to send more. I was sent another text, "oops, he forgot to take the other photos." I said the next day would be OK for them to get and send the pix. They trotted out something about '...in your area again...", refusing to do what they agreed to do. I contacted them at least 3 times after 2 weeks went by and no response. They ignoreed me for another week before any response. It was long, drawn out and an attempt to divert the issue: "... we don't take photos, we're a pest ..." and the like for 2 pages. A really nasty, condescending response trying to blame me or something else. Disparaged me for attempting to get what I paid for. The service on my property was contingent upon receiving the extra photos. Period. They agreed to do it. Had they refused, they would not have been allowed to service my property at all! They blamed their poor / lack of response on them not knowing how to read email from outside the office (gmail!!!) and they could not figure out what I was wanting since the main staff was AWOL and the ones left apparently can not read a service order! They had said before that the extra photo requirement was ON the ORDER! What do you call that???!!! They also made statements and, along with their historical behavior, alarmed me to the distinct possibility of them vandalizing my property in retaliation for the charge-back I told them I was filing since they failed to meet their agreed-to obligations. I had to notify the local Sheriff to protect my property in case they tried to damage anything. Over the course of a few months, they were paid nearly $1,000.00 in total and refused to send photos they agreed to as a condition of service. I long for the day I can find a single vendor in the Navajo county area that is not a crook or incompetent or a cheat.
Aweful! We have bed bugs, and neff extermination are suppose to come and treat one time then the next treatment in 7 days. They did not come back for a month. So, by then they spread all over the house. We asked them to do another treatment they did and said we will come back in a week. They made us wait another month we have paid a lot of money for the problem only to get worse because they don't do there job.
Made appointment for whole house inspection. Late afternoon appointment and arrival. Discussed treatments. Got a call from his boss and said he can't do inspection now. Basically a useless visit and waste of my time.
I've called them twice to ask for service. Left messages. They never called me back. I called someone else.
Neff’s Exterminating and Yard Care Service came out to my house. They had been supplying my Extermination Service for a year and their service person Bryan, explained they could spray my yard for the weeds and ivy. I asked if that would be a weed and feed service. He told me yes and I made an appointment. Sadly, I could see a problem with the grass dying within days. I called and was told to give the solution time to work. I called a week later as my grass was turning brown but not the weeds. When I called again I was given the same answer. When spring came, all the grass on the front and side yard was completely dead, except for the places he missed. It was not even able to be revived or saved. I have been calling Neff’s for a month now. They sent Bryan out and he said he had never had this happen before. He also told me he would have the owner, Joey Neff, call me. When I received no call, I called and Hanna said she would give him a message to call me. So far she has given and Bryan have been giving me the same run around for 3 weeks. Then Hanna told me Bryan said my lawn was dead when he sprayed it and there is nothing they can do. I once again asked that Joey Neff call me. So now it has been a full month of trying to get a call back. Neff’s Exterminating and Yard Care has no time to respond to my call. Therefore I have no need for their service. No more Extermination Service or Lawn Care (no more lawn) Service.

Mrs. DeLay, we are very sorry for what happened, we have never advertised that we do lawn service or weed and feed of lawns. The only thing along those lines that we offer is weed control. We did a treatment for broad leaf weeds in your lawn last July. If the lawn was not properly watered after treatment, or was not properly taken care of leading up to the service the herbicide could have damaged your lawn. We heard from you one week after the service, and that was the only time we heard from you. On average the herbicide takes about 2 weeks to work properly and that is why we told you to let the treatment sit longer. When we didn't hear back from you we assumed all was good. When you called in March you told Hannah that something had come up and you went out of town and forgot to call us back in the fall. By that point there was nothing we could do. We still sent Brayan to your home multiple times to see if there was anything he thought we could possibly do to help you. Both Hannah and Brayan have apologized to you multiple times and tried to explain there was nothing more we could do. We really wish there was more we could have done for you. We apologize for any misunderstandings there may have been.
Moved into a new house and needed it sprayed and it was ok but the next next time I got it sprayed it didn't seem to work. I let the office know and asked about a re-spray and the office lady Jennifer said she'll check on it and then never got back to me. A few weeks later she texted me about my monthly spray and I asked her what happened with the re-spray and she said she was having personal problems and forgot about it. Very unprofessional! I'm now looking for a new reliable exterminator.
We called them to come take a look and receive an estimate. The guy that showed up was very unprofessional and had no idea what was going on. He stated to us that he had just been certified and couldn't really help us. I don't understand why they would send a guy like this out. After he left, we called the office to try to get someone else here who may be more knowledgeable, and they never called us back... just blew us off... turns out we have termites- which we already suggested- shouldn't have been that hard for someone working for an exterminating company.
He came out and offered me two prices 1 for 165 and 1 for 65 I chose the 65. 3 weeks later my air conditioning went out because my air conditioner had been swarmed with ants and cut off the relay. It cost me $150 to repair. I asked that it be resprayed thoroughly and he said that would cost me another $80 and refused to budge. This is an obvious ploy to get people to go with the higher-priced service lousy job on the first one and then you submit to the second one. A form of bait and switch. Meanwhile I'm out $150.
