Contacted Neff to exterminate pests at my property near Snowflake, AZ. Expensive, but I agreed to use them. In October or so, they contacted me via text asking if they could service again. If they agreed to take some extra pictures and send, I would allow it and even offered to pay for the extra photos. They did not take payment - their choice - and sent me some photos. Then, in December, again asked to service my property. I said I needed more photos. They agreed to send more. I was sent anothe
Colby was efficient, friendly, professional and explained the prevention services being done today. He also targeted the front corners of the crawlspace at my request. Thank you for a job well done! I have been using Hydra Pest Control since July 2024 when my yard became infested with ants everywhere. Haven't had that problem again. They are a reliable company, listen to your problems, solve them and show up for scheduled appointments. I highly recommend them for any pest control services.

Tristan with Hydra Pest Control, is an excellent worker. He came out to our house in Snowflake, AZ and treated our house, garage and she-shed. He also set up 2 bait boxes for this up coming winter. We have not seen any ants or spiders after the second visit which is great. I only have one request. That your crew make sure you close both gates in the backyard when you leave, last 2 times the back gate was left open and our dog got out. There is a sign on the back gates saying to close the gate, dog in yard. Otherwise, great service.
Owner Response
