Sterling is EXTREMELY knowledgeable on all things that gross me out! We recently had (2) centipedes in our home. I took a picture. Being a girl raised in New Jersey, I have no clue about Arizona's ecosystem. He explained what they were and what NOT to do with them if we ever encountered them again. Steve was out today to perform an inspection subterranean termites. He was polite and professional. Reasonable cost for the inspection and polite service from providing information, setting the appointment and getting the inspection done!

This place is amazing with customer service. I hate the one stop shot give me a schedule crap. They are detailed focus and have all the answers you may have. They were patient as well as informative. Not sust a call center in india,China, etc. It was real life in your backyard people it was so great to have the personal experience. With people who show they really care about there jobs and helping people, while trying to be profitable and there prices are fare. No over pricing crap. Would 100% recommend.

Receptionist is rude and condescending. It's bugs lady! It should be easy to get all set up but instead I got talked to like a two year old by a lady whose voice is nails on a chalk board. I'll hear it in my nightmares.

It took calling 6x to get Beth to answer the phone she was incredibly rude and insulted me on what I was asking. I own multiple properties and was wanting (key word WAS) to get all of it set up for regular pest control and to get a estimate on some rats at one of the properties. She was hostile when I asked about getting it set up, said that she could do it all for the same day and then nothing happened. She wouldn't answer her phone from them on. Horrible company if that's who they employe. I will let everyone know to get another company and tell who referred me my experience from hell

Service person arrived late. Did a cursory inspection. Did not look in any bedrooms, bathrooms, closets, or attic. Also did not look under the appliance where I said I had a heard the mouse. Said that since he saw no droppings that I probably did not have a mouse problem and there was no need for extermination. I paid more than $120 for this “inspection”. A few days after he left, I heard the mouse again. It feels as if I’ve just thrown that money out the window. Photo of so-called non-existent mouse below.

My case was closed due to lack of evidence when Truly Nolan failed to touch base, despite me begging them to and even sending copies of the email where I'd been told my case was dated and would close if Truly Nolan didn't diagnose us. I believe it closed around the end of October to the beginning of November and by that time I'd offered to take a picture of the problem myself, but was told it had to come from a "Licensed Exterminator." Afterwards, it took me a while to summon up the courage to try to get a second opinion. I had people telling me that I needed to call around to find someone who would give an unbiased opinion of what was happening at our house. Questioning my sanity at that time, I'd started putting Vaseline around the bed at night and collecting specimens every morning as they got trapped in the Vaseline trying to get to us. When i summoned the courage to make the calls, i refused to tell the people who inspected my home what kind of bugs we were dealing with or even that we had any bugs at all, because I wanted an unbiased diagnosis and was afraid of being labeled crazy. Both times I explained what I'd already been through with both Truly Nolan and Mule Mountain Pest Control, from the initial misdiagnosis from Truly Nolan, to Mule Mountain blowing us off, to a second person from Truly Nolan failing to touch base in a timely fashion resulting in our case being closed. The Exterminators shook their heads as I explained this. They tore my bed apart, investigating the whole house, and instead of saying we had No Bedbugs, they said, I'm not seeing any Bedbugs but I am seeing a lot of fleas. They even took some of my many bags of specimens to look at under a microscope and came back with fleas because I'd caught several larvae which helped in diagnosing them. You can't imagine what a relief it was to learn I wasn't crazy after all, since both Truly Nolan and Mule Mountain Pest Control left me thinking I was. All I wanted was a diagnosis from either company. I couldn't have cared less if it was Bedbugs, Cockroaches, June Bugs, or scabies just as long as I had SOMETHING to work with, and the obvious inability of both companies to provide any diagnosis other than No Bedbugs was both disheartening, unprofessional, and could have proven deadly had we been dealing with Ticks or something equally as bad, rather than fleas. Clearly there was something going on, which could have been addressed and treated, had either company cared enough about the job they were supposed to do to actually do the job and make a diagnosis one way or another. But I guess that was simply too much to ask. I would not recommend either company as a result, unless you have Bedbugs, as that seems the only pest worth looking for, being familiar with, or treating for. If you want an honest and unbiased diagnosis, you won't get one with either Truly Nolan or Mule Mountain Pest Control, you'd be better going with Direct Pest Control or Sierra Vista Pest Control. They will actually tell you what you're dealing with rather than telling you what you aren't.

The service was very bad. I would like a refund.

Sold us a bill of goods that was never needed! Called them for an animal under the house. Explained to them it was not a small rodent. They continued to inspect for rodents and told us it was $720 up front. And labeled it a rodent exclusion plan. During the inspection, they showed us mouse dropping under a bathtub which were so old they had dust bunnies. Two nights later the critter was so loud it woke me from a dead sleep. This must have been a mouse the size of an armadillo! They missed the first two rechecks halfway through the program and traps are empty and bait boxes outside have little or no activity. Not happy at all with these folks.
