We have had termite service through Terminix for years now. When we initially signed up with them, we were told that if we got termite damage while receiving treatment with them, they would pay to repair the damages. They never did a full perimeter treatment. They only did a spot treatment and guess what. Now we have termite damage in two different places in our house. They came out and did spot treatments and I was told a manager would call me about the existing damage. The manager would not ca
