Sexton Pest Control has been keeping our house free of scorpions, pack rats, ants, and other insects for more than 16 years. On the rare occasion that an unwelcome pest gets thru the barrier Keith is immediately available to identify the critter and solve the problem. We are very happy with their services.

Another apt in my complex had roaches so my apt had to get an intensive treatment. My apt didn't get treated and I wasn't notified. A week later a technician shows up unannounced stating he's here to spray. I informed him my apt was treated last week (so i thought). He asked if I saw any bugs. I told him no and he said he would note that. Then the apt office calls and said the technician told them I refused service which was not true. Another technician comes to do an inspection. He sprays on each side of my fridge then leaves. He was in my apt less than 30 seconds in the kitchen with no light on. But tells the office he saw more than 5 live bugs. Now I'm being told I have to do the intensive treatment again. I'm so over this! Yes I'm not paying for this but I work from home so it's 2 days I have to take off work. I hope this is my last encounter with this company. I couldn't imagine dealing with them if I actually had a pest problem.

It makes a huge difference. if you don’t have pest service and you see spiders, and other insects in and around your house and property, try Sexton, you will not believe that they can do get rid of all your pest problems and if they miss something, you can always call them and they’ll come back out and treat that area. They have been so good to us. We have had them for more than 15 years. one time we stopped Service for two or three years and we couldn’t take it no more we were just over ran with all kinds of spiders, etc.. it took many months for them to start slowly coming back, but they will if you stop service for a long period of time. We’ve only had A couple different technician and they are all good. for only a dollar a day Sexton will keep the spiders away. 😍 Worth every Penny.

We’ve been using Sexton Pest Control since 2011 at our first home and we have continued using them on our 3 homes since when we’ve moved. The office staff has always been so helpful on trying to get someone out when needed and we have had the same person “Amar A” coming to our home for the last 5yrs. and he is always does what we request no questions asked. A person driving a one of these cars ran a stop sign infront of me while I was in the car with daughter. The car was also dented and beat. Big surprise. Never going to use this company based that. Can trust a company that employs people like that. Hopefully they find out who this was and get rid of them.

I had a bedbug problem and requested an inspection to identify how large that problem was. The first appointment I set up, no one showed up. When I called to inquire, I was told the appointment had been for the day I actually called. But that was not true because I was home the entire day and no one came. They gave me an appointment for the next day and came. He walked into my house and asked where I had seen the bugs and I pointed to one chair and also the bed. He shined a small flashlight on the floor by the chair and then did the same by the bed. No looking under the mattress or in any other rooms, nor did he look inside the folds of the chair. He then excused himself and went to his vehicle where he remained for many minutes. He came back in and said he’d sent me an email of the prep work required and it would cost $850 to treat my mobile home. I was able to find out what product would be used, so I ordered it from Amazon and did the spraying myself for less than a $100. No more bugs! You do have to be diligent and look for them in the folds and creases of furniture and the same for your mattress or mattress protector. I have pillow protectors too and found a couple hiding in the folds of the zippers. This product is called Crossfire and you can get it in spray which has to be mixed or in a can like WD40 with a straw attachment which works really well on baseboards and cracks. I bought another product called Harris and this spray came premixed, shake it up and use it. It had the same ingredients as Crossfire but a few dollars cheaper and I didn’t have to mix it. If you have a massive infestation, you definitely have to call the pros, but not Sexton. Disappointing service. By the way, you have to pull all your furniture 6-12” away from the walls and vacuum, clean out all your closets and a host of other things before they will come back. They offer no help doing that for people who can’t physically do the prep.
Doesn't show up when he says he will. More than once. I've been infested with roaches for a year and he did not sole the problem. Do not use.

I just had the worst experience as a customer in my life. Do not waste your time and money with this inept rude company. A tech came out for an extensive German roach treatment and when i told him i needed a couple of min to get my dogs leashed and put in my car he threatened to leave and not do the treatment. What's worse is he didn't even know i was scheduled for an extensive treatment. When i asked him how the extensive treatment differed from the normal one. He showed me an aeresol can his pocket. I asked what was in it and he had no idea. Long story short, i told their management and i was given nothing but attitude, deflections, and lies. Long and short this company does not care about its customers. Avoid this company at all costs.
It has been incredibly frustrating dealing with this company, we unfortunately are dealing with bed bugs in our apartment and they were contracted to come out and spray twice. The first time they came the gentleman came to spray and he was in our apartment for all of 4 minutes then left…we are still experiencing live bed bugs the following weeks. A second treatment “follow up spray” was supposed to happen but they never contacted us nor our apartment complex. They supposedly couldn’t get ahold of us but we didn’t receive a single call or email and neither did our apartment. After calling our apartment complex we were able to get them to come out 3 weeks later to spray again. A different gentleman showed up and after his “inspection” of our home he didn’t see any live ones so he insisted he didn’t need to spray and on top of that he said our apartment wasn’t prepped. Keep in mind we have no furniture in our apartment at this point besides our mattress up against the wall! We had it set up the same exact way the first time they came and it was just fine! We never got our second spray. The lack of communication is astonishing and the lack of due diligence to their work was disappointing to say the least. Wouldn’t recommend at all.
This company services my apartment. We (my roommate and I) have had a cockroach problem since moving in. They were doing general sprays every 2 weeks and then the office finally signed us up for an intensive spray when it wasn’t working (I saw them do it so I know it wasn’t the apartment). We spent HOURS emptying all of the cabinets and following all of the instructions. We left for the day and spent 5 hours missing out on work (we both work from home) killing time, and we comeback to find a note that they did not do the intensive spray… we even left the instructions for the intensive spray out on the counter. All of our cabinets were empty and all of our stuff was piled up in the middle of the living room floor and they just completely ignored all of that and did the quick and easy spray that does absolutely nothing. I have already killed 4 more live roaches tonight after they supposedly sprayed today.
My wife and I have lived in same apt now for 4 years. Recently we found out that we have been paying for pest control every month. This company was "sending" pest control once a month for basic spraying. The problem is that my wife works from home and no one ever shows up. The office told us they mark our place done every month. Our up stairs and next door neighbor moved out and the problem has gotten way worse. The office put us on a list for intensive treatments. They are supposed to be every two weeks. So we pack everything up load our pets and leave for 4 hours only to come back and find the tech didn't even go into the apartment. We we set up a time for a new tech. (Who told us last guy got fired. Because he wasn't doing his job). Well they were supposed to come yesterday 6/26 and do another intensive treatment. So we loaded up our pets and and got a hotel room. Came back this am to clean only to find the pest control only did a basic spray. So we wasted money ney on a room and they sent another tech who didn't do his jobs. I highly recommend using someone else for pest control. If you are forced to use them definitely watch andale sure they do their jobs. These companies count on ppl not knowing anything and prey on them.
My apartment was on the list for mandatory pest control with this company, and nobody came, yet the company decided to inform the leasing office that I was not prepared. I was charged a $75 penalty because of this. I was told by the apartment manager that photos are normally submitted for a claim like this, but none were taken. That is because NO ONE CAME. I sat on my couch 3 feet from the front door all day long. No knock, no attempted entry. I am awaiting a call from Sexton management regarding this technician so that I can meet the formal requirement of contacting the company directly for this to be resolved before resorting to going to the BBB and Attorney General.
Paid $250 for a Service tech to be in and out in 5 minutes . Saw zero results . In the contract it states that they would come back for a second spray if needed. Sexton refused my second visit and argued that it was my fault there’s still bugs. don’t waste your time .
It is both unprofessional and dangerous to allow your vans to block driveways of neighboring homes. I don't even know which house is being serviced to knock on so in an emergency I would not be able to leave my home.
