I wanted to recognize Donovan Hines for the exceptional service he provided at my home yesterday. I was dealing with a significant red ant problem around my chicken coops, and I have both chickens and dogs, so I was particularly concerned about treating the problem effectively while keeping my animals safe. Donovan took the time to walk the property with me, listen to my concerns, and actually get down and look closely at the ants and where they were active. He carefully considered which areas my chickens and dogs could access and treated accordingly. What impressed me most was that he didn't simply perform the regular service and leave. After assessing the problem, he decided additional ant baits would be beneficial. He didn't have the products he wanted on his truck, so he went to get them and came back later that afternoon to complete the treatment. That level of attention, knowledge, and follow-through really stood out to me. He took my concerns seriously and made sure the problem was thoroughly addressed rather than just doing the minimum required. Excellent service from Donovan, and I have already requested that he be my regular technician going forward. Very much appreciated!
