We've been using Northwest for pest control for more than 5 years and I absolutely love them. My technician, Albert, is always on time and professional, and he's extremely thorough in treating our property. Arizona has lots of creepy crawlers, and thankfully, I hardly ever see them in my house. I'd call that a win! If I've ever needed to contact customer service for anything, they have always been responsive and attentive.

Highly professional and great staff to deal with, both at my home and on the phone. I've been using them long enough that two of my techs have retired. The fact that they work there so long says a lot about a business. It is also nice to have the continuity of the same person coming to your home every month. I've had my new tech Jim for a couple of years now, and he continues the tradition of excellent service and is just a nice person too.

I hope our tech receives a lot of those $5.00 bonuses for a 5 star review. He's always friendly, pays attention to detail, and handles any special requests immediately.

Josh is very good at communicating when he will be coming to the house. He is extremely polite and caring. He saved a lizard today that was stuck in a glue trap!! Great worker and person!

Northwest Exterminating provides us with consistent, reliable pest control service. We are new to the area and don’t know a lot about Arizona pests. However, Albert does a great job at spraying all areas in and around the house —so we have not had any issues with bugs in the home.

Chris is a great tech. He always call to let me know when he is on his way to my house. He is super friendly and is always happy to meet any of my requests on pest control. Keep up the great work Chris!

We trusted this company when we built our home, months after we moved in we had termites they didn't believe us until we pulled the wood floors up. They gave us 3 yrs of Sentricon (never spotted the 2nd and 3rd invasion) for free, the 3 years supposedly showed no activity and the warranty is up since August of this year and now again we have termites eating up the wood floor just a couple of feet from the original area. We will use a better company then Northwest Exterminating due to the inept ability of these individuals to figure out how to get rid of or at least best procedure to get rid of them...Below is 2 photos of the waves caused by the moisture of the termites eating the flooring.

The customer service is awful. They changed the dates on me. Didn’t inform me of the new time. Gave limited information and didn’t honor their warranty. Definitely do not recommend. Can’t want for the canned reply that they care and to call them for a discounted service that I want nothing to do with.

I am the first owner of a newly built home. It came with a 5 year warranty. Northwest never contacted during the us during the first 4 years we lived in the house. And now 4 months before the contract expires they will not provide any service. The only way that will do any treatment is by signing another 5 year contract. They want to be sure they will get your money but have never provided any service. Be carefull of this company as they are not honest and do not do the work they are required to do yearly They just want to be sure they get your money.

Idk who getting service they been blocking my driveway for a while called to ask them to see if they can talk to their tech and move their vehicle but nothing solve very inconsiderate of peoples driveways

We got notified to get our apartment ready for extermination of the complex, remove everything from cabinets pull everything away from the walls. It was a bad job, a few of the cabinets were done, the didn't do anything in the bedrooms or the bathroom. I believe my landlord got ripped off.

I need to be contacted immediately!! Your exterminators broke right through our irrigation line and our front yard is now flooded!!!

Have been with Northwest Exterminating for Sentricon service since 1998. They don't advise when service will be provided. Don't provide results of service. Require the entire payment prior to reading Sentricon stations. They are always at least 6 weeks behind in providing service. Northwest billed for a year's service, didn't show up after 7 months. Northwest post dates statements mailed, received a statement June 22, it was dated June 1. Northwest called June 23 to inquire why I hadn't provided payment. The billing office is in CA. Very rude, condescending, unprofessional customer service. Would not recommend.

BEWARE Be very aware. These folks have some funky dates for honoring “or not” their 5-year warranties. But they will sure offer to show up to give you a new proposal for treatment.

I would avoid this company. I have been a customer for nearly a year and the service and communication are seriously lacking. The results show and I consider them to be in breach of contract. The quarterly service consists of quickly checking bait traps and spraying the house perimeter.... maybe 15 minutes and they're gone. No regard for other contracted items or real property inspection with a REAL communication other than , Hey, we sprayed some chemicals..... CLOWNS!!! Follow up: So I cancelled their service. I had enough of it. I have tried calling your number and received no response from anyone in a position to do anything real. Today I got a bill for $294 after canceling their service and paying my last bill. I inadvertently threw away a wifi modem that they installed when cleaning up the corner in the house where they installed it. I forgot what it was and it was not marked with any markings to help me remember. I get this $249 bill for maybe a $40 piece of hardware. Tired of calling their number to receive no response, I went to the office to complain about the hefty charge for the piece of unidentified hardware I discarded. I spoke to a nice guy named Carl. Seemed to be part of management, but apparently just collecting a paycheck. He promised a follow-up. No response and I don't expect one from these - CLOWNS!! Carl has my number. I bet your management does not have the courage to call it and get the straight story. Gutless wonders..... More to follow.... So as expected, no follow up without me pursuing. They haven't even come and retrieved their gear to inventory it and they are sending me a bill for equipment. Unbelievable. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!! So now they are coming to get their stuff and figure it out. I hate these..... CLOWNS!!

I have for years been using this company for weed control and have always been happy. The other day I called to cancel my appointment because no rain no weeds I was told since I had canceled my appointment in February and now in June I wasn’t “allowed “ anymore cancellations for the rest of the year or they would permanently cancel my service altogether. Well the more I thought about our conversation since then, I thought why as the customer who hired your company and pays your company should I be given an ultimatum when FYI you are not the only company in town!
