Called Bryan to come over for a wildlife removal service. I reached out to him the day of the appointment and he confirmed he would stop by. Much later in the evening, at 6:40pm, Bryan reached out with a text that read I'm sorry, I ended up having to stop working and go home and fix a vehicle. never made it to Chino today. Can I do it tomorrow?“. After explaining to him how much of an inconvenience he caused, his reply was “my family will always come first”. This guy is unbelievably unprofessional and if anyone asks me for a wildlife removal recommendation, I will tell them to NOT go here.

I have called This Man twice in a panic because I live in the middle of the forest. One was a king snake that I had mistaken for a coral snake, and one was a juvenile raccoon. He gave me amazing advice, and I am so grateful that he answers his phone.

I was trying to find someone to do animal removal on our property. After contacting Bryan my assumptions were correct that we should just let it die in peace. The next day the animal was in the same spot so I contacted Bryan again and he was very helpful in removing the remains.
