Jaron is truly great at what he does. He is timely, thorough, and a wealth of knowledge. I own a cabin in the woods which is always susceptible to a host of different critters and Jaron has kept them at bay. Thank you for the great service!

After scheduling me a few weeks out for a cockroach inspection I got another company to assist me this company will not let you cancel an appointment I have tried calling multiple times a day they do not answer the phone and they say to cancel an appointment they want a 30 day hand written notice.

I've lived in Prescott for 30+ years and never had an issue with clothing moths until I did. They infiltrated everything and ruined two rugs and several sweaters. Fenn uses great stuff that was not toxic smelling and did the trick. Jaren worked with me to figure out a regular treatment schedule until all stages of the moths were gone. I have not seen a moth in the house for almost a year and I will continue to get an annual or semi-annual spray to keep them away.

Disappointed in the customer service. When I first spoke with Jaron, he was friendly. I reached back out to him the next business day to ask him a quick question. He informed me I could text him on his cell when I am ready to book so I did. A day goes by, and I don't get a text back. So I called the office and left a voicemail. Another day goes by, and I don't get a call back. Since I haven't heard back in three days, when previously he was responsive, it feels really rude to feel ignored especially as someone who wanted to book with him. As a professional, I would expect you to be upfront and to not waste three days of a customer's time when I could have just gone with a different company.

Cody came out took care of the polem right aeay. He was very courteous and professional. Definetely recommend Fenn.

Jaron came out to help us control gophers in the garden. He also found we had a yellow jacket nest and took care of that as well as a large ant encampment under the steps next to the house. Great service and attention to detail.

Fenn Pest Control was so thorough and offered lots of information for our particular concerns. We had exceptional service from Jaron the owner! He went above and beyond spraying even where we never had any pest control do. He went along our fence both inside and outside perimeters. Who else does that? He also suggested options about an outside drainage pipe where he thought ants etc were getting into our home. He didn’t make you feel rushed while sharing our concerns. He truly cares about getting to the problem and solving it that’s for sure. We are so pleased with this company!

We had chipmunks coming into our home, our attic and crawl spaces. Jaron did a thorough inspection and sealed up all the suspect areas. He was very responsive, and was able to come the same day, and continued daily until the job was complete.
