ANOTHER UPDATE: 9 MONTHS LATER AND THEY'VE CHARGED ME AN ADDITIONAL $583 ON MY CREDIT CARD FOR AN ADDITIONAL 1 YEAR WARRANTY I DID NOT PURCHASE. They refuse to fix my house. They will not even talk to me. They are not a real company, just some truck wrapping, fly-by-night con artists. Another update: No, I will not contact your social media team for resolution after a year of being ignored. Update: 8 months have passed and no one will even talk to me. These people are thieves and liars, they truly don't care once they have your money, find someone else to do your work. True scum of the Earth, every last one of them. Fumigators dropped my chimney off the roof and just set it back in the hole when they were done. It's not secured at all and the storm collar is destroyed. They unnecessarily torn clips out of it that hold the whole thing steady and left them laying on the roof. I am left alone to repair or replace it before it storms. They also moved multiple cameras so I could no longer see parts of my house, and the lead guy let other guys in my house which they weren't supposed to do. The call center rep that I seem to keep waking up tells me some mysterious manager will call but they never do. They are impossible to get a hold of, absolute ghosts once they have your money. They were also supposed to seal up my house but they only did about half the house's roof/ceiling gaps with caulking, where it was easy for them to reach. No other measures were taken. $1330 for some caulking under the porch and carport, what a scam. Numerous attempts over the past couple weeks to get anyone to even talk to me have been blatantly ignored. Won't recommend or use this company for anything ever again. They are not local, they do not want to help to you, they just want your money.

Unbelievable varification needed to schedule the annual Sentricon inspection. Wasted a lot of time with someone who was not very helpful.

While the technicians are fantastic and do great work, the management, billing, and office customer service are the worst I’ve encountered from any maintenance company. Multiple property owners should approach this company with caution. Their handling of account management and property merging is consistently mishandled. They fail to provide any warnings about issues on their end, even if all accounts are in good standing except for one. This leaves you feeling like an unvalued customer, no matter how loyal you’ve been. While the on-site service is great, the back-end and office operations are an absolute nightmare to deal with. I cannot recommend them to anyone managing multiple properties unless they drastically improve their customer service and internal processes.

My Sentricon termite monitoring baiting service is coming up for renewal. When I called the local number, I get a remote calling center. I cannot get an answer to what's covered with the termite monitoring service. The remote center said that both flying and subterranean termites were covered. However, a couple of years back, I had flying termites that Western Exterminator did not cover. They said that the only coverage is for the subterranean type. I've been calling to get a copy of my contract to find out exactly what is and isn't covered. I've had zero luck! Call center says they'll reach out to local branch but, I haven't received a call. This looking like a pay for NO service deal. Buyer beware!

They took weeks to cash our check after our regularly scheduled service every time. They tried to charge late fees because they hadn't cashed our check even though the technician had turned it in at the end of the day every time. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
Never showed up. Called today to find out why. She was rude and couldn't hear me. I had called 4 times on the 4th time is when someone answered also she hung up on me. I will never use this company. When I made the original appointment I was told I didn't have to pay for the inspection it could come out of the closing costs. After the inspection he told me it will cost me $200.
AVOID! Very unethical business! They did an expensive termite tenting for us with one year guarantee. We paid an additional $500 for 5 more years of warranty, which entailed them coming out once per year and handling any termite problems that were found each year; or so they said. We didn’t hear from them again for over 4 years (!!!) and then they were merely trying to sell us further warranties at that point. When I pointed out they should’ve done three inspections by this point, they quickly did one for us but mainly just used the time to try to sell a further warranty extension, other services, as well as warranties against other kinds of termites. Our existing warranty, we were told, only covered one kind of termite, something else they’d failed to tell as at point of sale.
Absolutely do not use this company. We had them come out in February for a mouse issue, they sealed off the possible entries and left a trap at the obvious one the mouse was using to catch it and said they would come back after it was caught and fill in that hole as well. When I called and left a message for them to come back they refused to call back and after some time awaiting their call the mouse bit a hole in the pipe for the shower. The only way to fix that was to destroy the bathroom and rip down the tiles to get to the pipe and replace it. But then we had the long and laborious task of now remodeling the bathroom since it’s been destroyed by the mouse this company refused to finish their job I already paid for. Not only that but SO much time went by until they felt like picking up the phone again that another pipe which I believe is for the toilet/sewage is now exposed on the exterior of the house due to the mouse scratching and digging away. Eventually they showed up and finished the job and I requested a refund, I even agreed to a lower amount than I paid because they did seal most of the entrances off. But did they follow through with that agreement? No they did not. That was in APRIL of this year and it is now mid July. I understood that it could take 6 weeks to issue the refund but this is far beyond that. The customer service ladies were amazing and always kind but I will absolutely not recommend this company or use them ever again.
If I could give less than 1 star I would. It all started well enough and the first few service were prompt and done well. Then, they started not showing up on time within the three hour window and not calling to cancel. It happened once and they said it would not happen again. But then it happened again. No show, No Call. They wasted my time.
I would never recommend this company to anyone. Not only are they way over priced, but we had problems from the very first month we signed up. In the six months that we were with this company, they only came out to spray three times. We had initially signed up because of a mice problem, but they never came back to check the traps. Even after cancelling our service, they still did not come back for any of their equipment. We went through four actual representatives of the company. They were friendly, but they wouldn't come on the days they were supposed to, and you could never get a hold of them. We contacted their customer service line and talked to two different supervisors without anything being changed. The last supervisor we spoke to was supposed to out to our home so we could address the issues we were having. He not only didn't show up, but he never returned our phone calls. We finally just cancelled our service. Worst experience we've ever had with an extermination company. I would NOT recommend anyone try this company.
