I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received and have not yet been granted a refund. Initially, I was not informed that multiple treatments would be required to resolve the issue. Over the course of two months, I repeatedly encountered problems with pests and have had them over numerous times. We use this service on my grandparents house that’s an hour and a half away in Rio Rico. Letting them know we need to know ahead of time for any reschedules or time changes. First appointment the guy was an hour early than our scheduled appointment and we had to rush down. Today is our second appointment and they were supposed to be here at 11am. Julio has been an excellent representative of the company. A strong work ethic, knowledgeable and responds to all or any problems that arise. We’re happy with the work done so far and will continue to work with them now and in the future. I highly recommend them. His associate Jimmy was also professional and knowledgeable and did a good job with our pest control issues. Update: I ran into a situation where they charges me an exorbitant amount of money.
