Seth Johnson was my service technician, who personally called me the night before my scheduled appointment, to confirm his arrival time. He arrived promptly, managed and explained my possible termite issue, then completed his inspection. He was respectful, friendly and very professional!

weed service..taking a while for weeds to die. been 5 days

Although some weeds will start to die within the first couple of days, in most cases it's completely normal for the product to take about two weeks to completely kill the treated weeds. We have been using Bill's Home Service for many years. I would not consider another company, even if the other company was less money. They have always been responsive to our needs. During our recent annual inspection, termite trails were noted. Within a few days, Bill's was out to treat those areas.

Poor. Waited until they guy was at door then called and said I am here, instead of I am on the way. Still got charged for no service. Will not recommend this company to anyone.

About six weeks ago, we had Bill‘s home service come out to our home and air off to do an inspection for Title escrow company as we are repurchasing our old home that we lived in for 20 years. I have to say that I am very disappointed, considering all the good reviews that I’ve read With the service that was actually provided. The inspector who came out inspected superficial very obvious cosmetic problems and actually suggested that we replaced the water Supply valves for the washer because he stated they were froze up. When I went to inspect the water valves that I had just replaced no more than seven years ago with high-quality ones. I noticed there was absolutely nothing wrong with them; I removed the hose from the washer and found the little filter was clogged so instead of a $60-$100 repair job I took it to the faucet and rinsed it off and everything works just fine not only that he never actually completed the inspection for anything structural and when it came to looking underneath for termite damage, wires, being chewed, water leaks, all he did was say that some of the underbelly was hanging down and needed to be replaced. The reason for not going under is because he said I forgot my equipment! On top of all that because we’re there it cost an extra hundred dollars so it was $560 instead of $460 for an inspection that even the escrow title company people kind Of , that is that all he did . All in all, I’m sorry, but I would not recommend Bill’s home service.

Although our report identified several plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, structural, and rodent and termite related issues including some that would be considered health and safety issues, we're sorry to hear that you did not find it to be a valuable resource during your home purchase process. the 'technician' came to the house ... there were bees flying around one area where the roof meets the top of the house .... a long story short. The technician left telling me THERE ARE NO BEES despite what I shared ... the next day there were around 100 bees flying/gathered at the entry of my roof. No bees? The bees had been there for over a week. I'll find a competitor who will actually listen to me.

We're sorry that you don't feel like you were listened to by our service technician. We take our customer satisfaction seriously and we will be addressing this internally with our team. Although there are limitations to when and how we can provide treatment of pest issues based on state and federal laws, we understood that you weren't satisfied with the service you paid for and as such we've returned your payment to you. We hope you're able to find a company that can take care of the infestation to your satisfaction.
We contacted Bill's Home Service Company because of sugar ant infestation. They came out a few days later and sprayed. I was assured that the treatment would take care of the problem. We had as many of the pesky ants after as before. All for the low, low price of $160. We were left looking for a solution to our problem. It was found on Amazon. Ant traps for $12. Worked like advertised. Save your money if you have sugar ants.

One of our managers has reached out to you already and we hope that you return his call so that we can address this situation.
I had a "One" year contract for service. 3 months after contract ended, they were still sending me bills even though contract was up. I found out after they sent my account to a collection agency that they had continued to enter my property and charging me for service even though contract was up. The very rude person in accounting stated that it was my responsibility to cancel beyond my contract.

As we explained when this situation occurred four years ago, you had two different services with us: a one year termite service contract and an ongoing general pest control service program. The year after starting your two services, you renewed your termite service contract, but we were never informed that you wanted to stop your ongoing pest control service. We again apologize for this misunderstanding. To clarify, your account was never sent to a collection agency and we never entered your home without your permission. Each time your service was due, you received a call the day before your service was performed and then an email notice immediately following completion your service. In addition, you received multiple calls, emails, and paper notices regarding your ongoing pest control service to which you only responded upon our final notice. As we offered at the time, we'd be happy to have a manager discuss this matter with you further and we hope you'll accept our call when we follow up shortly.

Beware; We had Bill's Home service inspect our home before buying. Beware, after finding our roof leaks, there are termites, seal failure on windows, etc., they let us know that the fine print says that they are not guaranteeing their inspection, and that they just eyeball the things that they're looking at, that is not an inspection. The man who did the inspection admitted to my husband that he did not get on the roof. So I would suggest not guaranteeing the money that you pay them, at the very least know this and pay them what they deserve.

Performed a home inspection review with vague and overbroad recommendations that required negotiations by both buyer and seller that were unnecessary. If you hire him you need to make sure he writes out specifics and not boilerplate CYA language that is not usable.
