Such a great company! Jorge is our person. He so great. This company's communication is so great. They send you text appointment reminders and have a customer portal so you can stay updated with your service. I've tried other pest companies in town and by far, Truly Nolen is our favorite. When we had a mice problem, they were quick to respond and solve our problem. We've been clear and clean ever since they've set us up. Our home has been serviced by Truly Nolen since shortly after we built in our current Flagstaff location in 1997. Our quarterly visits are serviced by Jorge and he promptly addresses any pest control issues we may have experienced since his previous visit. We can count on excellent customer service when he arrives for a regularly scheduled visit.

We’ve worked with Jorge many times for multiple properties for everything from termites and rodents to bedbugs and wasps and he is always professional, thorough, and on time. We have never had a recurrence of any pests at our properties after his work. Thank you for consistently great service!
