They just took my $$ and never followed up with a proposal that fit my needs. I waited over 3 wks for a proposal that over reached my needs. When I asked for an adjustment to that they completely ghosted me!!

Erin is very conscientious in communicating with us and following through with appointments. She is very thorough setting traps, checking them, and moving them to new places . We have had no new mice occurrences sine Erin found all possible vulnerable openings in house and sealed them off. Erin is a pleasure and we r very happy with her work as our exterminator.

Absolutely superb! Vastly superior to the others we've tried. They are super thorough from ceiling to floor, inside and out, every time. Plus, the techs who come out are really positive, nice people. We're grateful for their excellent service. 👍

Erin was on time, very friendly and professional. She did a thorough inspection of our home and said she would provide a proposal in a few days. So far so good! Erin came by today (11/26/24) and checked all the traps (no critters). She also modified the door sweep so that the door wasn’t so hard to open. Caught one mouse in our live trap last night. Will set out a couple more tonight. 🤞

Tim is very respectful of my time. My appointment with him was for 3:30 P.M., he called me at 2:48 to let me know he would be a few minutes late and asked if that was OK. I was impressed that he valued time and had the integrity to call ahead and not at the last minute. Tim asked some questions about the house and where the problem areas were. He explained so much about what usually went on with the rodent problem I was having. It was nothing like I expected. First he allayed my fears and then explained what needed to be done, and shared with my brother and I the things we could do to lower the cost and told us how to do it! I was trul impressed and surprised. Thank you, Tim, for your honesty, and for helping me to understand the problem, how solve it and for not giving me false expectations 🙂, and for giving me hope! I appreciate the thorough treatment, the gentle dos and don’ts, the cobweb knockdown, and the obvious expertise of Tim. I was a little distracted while he was here, but there are several nuggets that I recall such as don’t use other products when Mammoth is treating, there is potential for critters to come in around HVAC connections, removing a spider’s food (ants) will decrease the spiders, and a brown recluse has a fiddle on its back. Tim is friendly and energetic. No complaint there but for me personally, I prefer to not talk about myself too much. I’ll be sure to mention that next time and yes, there will be a next time thanks to the quality of the service Mammoth provided.
