Thankful for this company keeping mosquitos 🦟 at bay, for the most part, from our property!! Love the product used is safe for pets & people! I do wish we had the original product that was used, it smelled nice & you knew Mosquito Guard came plus it seemed to be even more effective! I know the company they get the product from changed the formulary but it would be nice if both products could be offered & customers could choose. :-)

Update 2025. This year I was charged more due to the number of resprays they did last year. This year I have only requested they come back once, and that was because they barely sprayed my yard and didn't spray around the house nor by my shop, all of which I'm paying for. Most of the time I don't get to see what they spray or don't spray, but the mosquitos are just as bad at my house as when I go camping. I can no longer recommend any use them, and I won't be using them in the future. Update 2024. This year I've requested numerous resprays and the level of the mosquitos has never decreased. Update 2023. This year the resprays have been required much more frequently. I'm guessing it is due to the rainy weather we have been having this year. I've had to have them come and re-spay a few times the last couple years, which they do for free. So, I'm happy with the service. It is a bit pricey, but not having mosquitoes in the yard is nice.

They were prompt. Hope to see if the treatment works The treatment appears to work very well. We have seen very few mosquitoes in our yard this year.

Amazing Results! We were having a problem with pesky flies frequenting our deck. Tried every thing with no results to get rid of them. They completely disappeared after our first spray treatment from Mosquito Guard. Haven’t seen any mosquitos or bees either. It works!

They do a great job—it’s so nice being able to hang out in the yard all summer without worrying about mosquitoes.

These folks are great. They came a second time a couple days after the first spray to make sure they had completely covered the area. Have not been bothered by mosquitoes since. Will sign up again with them for the 2024 season.

We love Mosquito Guard Pest Control! Using their services for a few years now. They help us to survive the crazy mosquito season. We live by the woods, and without Mosquito Guard help we would not be able to step out to backyard or just outside of the house for more than few minutes. The oils that they use are safe for pets, which is very important. They are great about appointment reminders and heads up prior to arrival. Quick and efficient. We appreciate all the help!

Been using the service now for a second year. Great communication - professional techs always come on time and work very quickly to treat our property - Bottomline we have no mosquitos. The service doesn’t/couldnt guarantee 100% eradication but (after a few treatments) we just don’t see any mosquitos. We are super happy with the service.

Our neighbors hired “fogging” services but what happened was Mosquito Guard staff blasting product all over my sheep and 40 feet beyond the property line into my yard. My sheep were bleating and running in circles in their temporary pen, I was waving my arms and yelling at them to stop, which they didn’t, so they were directly spraying me too. Then I had to move my animals one at a time to the barn for safety. The product got all over the picnic lunch I had just set out (which is now in the trash), all over our rabbits, and on our house too. Why would they do this? Because their customers pay them by the amount of product they spray. So it goes ALL over the place. They were even spraying on the roof, walls, and vehicles (pretty sure mosquitoes don’t breed on the side of a car). They don’t seem to care enough to watch for overspray, drifting, to avoid direct contact with animals, humans, or even to ask where the property line is. Buyer beware.

Service has been terrible this summer. Twice they showed up at 6 PM or later when we were having dinner after I specifically asked them not to do the service after 5 PM. Three times they showed up without calling in advance so we could close the windows and keep the dogs inside.

I have requested in emails that until the weather clears it’s too wet to spray. Doesn’t do any good. Your response has a lot to be desired in following your emails in regards to your customers request.

The service I received in 2023 season has been disappointing. They were constantly late, rescheduling me, and not showing up. Communication problems, and other issues made me wary of continuing my service.

This company's customer service is appalling. Mosquito Guard’s policy states that if a customer were to cancel their service the day of the service that Mosquito Guard would charge a $25 cancellation fee. Mosquito Guard Technicians were a no show to my address on FOUR separate occasions. Honoring their own cancellation policy, my service charge should have been reduced by $100 for the inconvenience. It was my first service so I wasn't sure how it worked, I rearranged my days so that I could be home on June 26, 2023 and on June 27, 2023, for when the technicians arrived. Mosquito Guard made no attempt to give me a heads up that they wouldn’t be able to make it. After the 27th, I wrote off Mosquito Guard as a flakey company and went on with my business. It is deplorable that Mosquito Guard would have such a policy but be unable to hold themselves to the same standard they ask of their customers. When confronted on the issue, Mosquito Guard is unwilling to pick up the phone and/or return phone calls. Aside from their terrible costomer service, the spray didn't work for my yard. I still had almost the same amount of mosquitoes as before the spray. ***Mosquito Guard did call me back, but she just made excuses for the company (like "it's been raining", it was only raining on ONE of the four scheduled visits, and she even acknowledged that. And even then, costumers deserve a heads up) She offered excuse after excuse but made no attempt to make the situation right.

We started using this service 2 years ago it was great, last year it was not so much this year its been horrible. The product does not work , they keep coming back and spraying more probably not even having product just something that looks like it, we are still covered by mosquitoes since may, non stop yet they keep telling us our bill is due even tho its auto pay owner moved out of state i heard no wonder. sad horrible, do not recommend

They came out and spray the mosquitoes on Saturday afternoon 6/3. By the evening we notice some flies around the house. The next day there were THOUSANDS! I called on Monday 6/5 reporting what have happen but they just told me they would call me back and never did. Left voicemail with No prevail. It’s Monday night and I’m still dealing with this. Very poor customer service. Hate to post here but hope it help someone.

These people were only here less than 3 minutes they only sprayed a small portion of the back yard and nothing in the front yard. We will definitely go with another company next time. What a rip.

Called repeatedly never responded. Horrible customer service. If there were a way to give these people minus stars their unprofessional way of doing business certainly warrants it. After my seventh call I even requested a response, regardless of their availability to no avail.
