They always send us a text reminder the day before service and always show up on time. Friendly and efficient.
Phillip helped us with finding a solution to some bugs we had on plants inside one room of our house. He is very knowledgeable and explained what they could do to help.

Can’t say much about the service since I never saw them. My one star comes from the office side of it. I have requested 5 times now to cancel contract and no one responds or returns email or phone call. I had one tech text me and say he would do it that day and nothing was ever done. I continue to get bills and each time I I request cancellation I tell them I’m not paying because I requested cancellation way before my old contract ended and made sure of that because I didn’t want to continue. Stop being shady and cancel peoples stuff when they request it.
Service is fine, but they will harass you to leave a Google review. I've received multiple texts over the last several days.
By far the worst experience, service, communication and management from any company I’ve ever delt with. It’s been over 3 months, they have yet to come out and install my termite system or spray for pests. Many calls and texts with excuses, promise and no action or resolution. I’d never take the time to write a review, but to save just one person the experience that I’ve had, I felt it was my obligation. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Annual termite inspection. They did not check all of the bait stations during inspection. There were some overgrown with grass, some under leaves, etc that were not checked. I checked one that was plainly visible had a cracked cap on top after completed inspection . The bait was completely disintegrated and gone. New bait should have been added to station. Wife offered to let him in house for inside inspection. Have entire conversation on ring camera. He said he didn’t need to then put on form he completed interior inspection. I immediately got a text when he was done with invoice saying to call them if interior was not done. I called and was told it was not an issue. That is was an automated message and it was fine, essentially don’t worry about it. I called back a couple days later and asked for a different technician to come complete the inspection. Don’t want to pay $300 for a job that wasn’t done correctly. Was told on phone they can’t control who comes out. Said she would email tech and supervisor. Tech left a voicemail on my wife’s phone. We didn’t call him back. Can’t believe supervisor is ignoring this. Hope I don’t get termites. If so it will be Wayne’s responsibility for their lack of effort and customer service.
Don’t know if the weed control for my flower beds is worth the price. Still have weeds and my azaleas look dead. They replaced one but didn’t match the others I had. Guess will know next year if they bloom. Grass looks great.

Called about the same best on my front porch now 4x’s. This is at eye level and I’ve even talked to the person treating it and it still wasn’t done. I don’t know how this is missed when I asked for a clean swap of the front porch & deck. The front porch is not that big I don’t understand what we are paying for and at least every year or twice a year the prices magically goes up. Also you have to call to schedule you cannot text them which is very annoying
Today, someone from Wayne's knocked on my door at 8:30am. I had no advance notice. Same occurred in 2023 and 2024 .(Waynes acquired my previous pest control company at that time) .I was told by the workers I should have been sent a text. For the first time in 3 years, the very professional individuals who came to my house today asked if the phone number they had for me was correct. It was not, and is not a number I have ever had. They apologized, and I gave them my actual number. I am disappointed that it took that long to solve this issue. Although Wayne's has my correct email, I saw no evidence (inbox or spam) that an email was sent prior to today's visit.

I would rate lower if possible. Pest and mosquito spray does not work. Requested to have yard resprayed multiple times and finally they wanted to “try” buckets. After weeks of dealing with more mosquitoes than prior to buckets, we called back only for them to tell us the technician should NOT have put a mosquito bucket under the deck attached to our house. We had to pay Wayne’s for their mess up with the misplacing of buckets. Finally after getting tired of paying for a service that does not work, we called and tried to cancel our service twice. The rep bullied my wife into going for another month… only for it to still NOT work. We called again and they charged us $200 to get out of our agreement. So basically, if you want a pest and mosquito spray that doesn’t work, have to pay for them to respray, pay them for fixing their own mistakes, and pay for cancelling a non-working product, well Wayne’s is right for you.
Second year in a row that Wayne’s has torched the yard. And yes, it was adequately watered.

Had a very good technician come out today to do my Father in Laws yearly termite inspection. The problem I found in watching and talking to the technician today was the previous Wayne’s Pest Control technician did not put but one cartridge in each bait trap and there should have been two in each trap. My Father in Laws is a 94 year old veteran that I feel deserves to get what he is paying for. I did call Wayne’s Pest and had a quick call back from a supervisor and was told he would address the situation. It is bad you have to watch everybody to to get your service done right.
