The stuff on the shelf works better than this company. We have had more bugs since using their service. Mosquitos and fleas aren’t kept away at all. Other bugs are all around the porch and ants inside.
Great service! After a year, we continue to be happy we switched to White Knight.

I have been extremely happy with White Night. The employees are great. Professional, informative, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The company and maintenance staff offer indoor, outdoor and preventative services, which is a blessing. The fees are reasonable and a phone call away should you need services in between the normal schedule. White Knight approach us during the worst time in our lives (my mom had just passed away the day before, the salesmen to the customer service, and the field service staff has treated me and my family with respect, kindness, and compassion since the day we were introduced. I strongly recommend you contact White Knight for your home and outdoor pest control services. They are worth your time, resources, with minimal maintenance costs. Thanks White Knight Christi

Set up contract for monthly spraying at the price of $79.99 which seemed super affordable. We were locked in for 12 months. After 3 months, it seemed like the more they sprayed the more spiders we would notice. He would spray all the way around the house and then spray inside of our garage, if we were home & the garage was open. On month number 4, our exterminator came inside the garage to spray and to hit with the brush to get all the spiders out of the ceiling corners. After he left, I pointed out to my fiancé how every corner still had a black spider in it after he hit it with the brush and the spray didn’t seem to get them to die and fall out as we were expecting. I wanted to call and complain so they could come and provide corrective action, however my fiancé just decided to stop paying. Immediately after they threw our account into collections and charged a $250 penalty for breaking the contract, as well as late fees and an extra special fee to send our account to collections. We ended up having to pay $674.99 just to settle and end this 6 month nightmare of a journey. Quite an expensive lesson in communication for my fiancé, but service was still subpar at best and once I saw the overall reviews, I realized we weren’t alone and wanted to share our story.

We apologize for any inconvenience! We would like to offer assistance but can not locate any customer account associated with this name. We take transparency seriously and have multiple steps in place to ensure our customers are well-informed. Our service agreements are verbally reviewed in our "Welcome Calls" when customers initially sign up. We also provide multiple copies of the signed agreement and access to view it in the online customer portal. We never charge any sort of penalty or cancellation fee when circumstances arise on our customer's end. We simply request that the discount applied to your initial service be reimbursed if you are unable to honor the one-year agreement. We are also required to make a certain number of attempts to inform you of the due balance before sending it to a collections agency. Please note, it's normal to notice a temporary increase in pest activity after treatments, as the pests are disturbed and forced to move around. However, we offer free and unlimited re-services as part of our satisfaction guarantee. Our re-services are designed as a targeted spot treatment and are not meant to replace regular full services. These treatments are intended to address and resolve specific pest issues that may arise between your regular appointments. To address the issues raised, please give us a call to let us know how we might assist you. We'd be happy to help!<br>
This pest control is a scam. They don’t tell you everything till it’s too late. They did not half of what they said they would. They gave me a discount but if you cancel the service they charge you every bit then some. Only had one treatment for $369.00 man that’s a real steal well for them…..
Response from White Knight Pest Control
We are sorry to hear you have canceled services with us! If you refer to the top of your service agreement, it lists the pests guaranteed with your plan. Upon reviewing your account, the reason you decided to discontinue services with us on 11/19 was due to financial reasons. We take transparency seriously and have multiple steps in place to ensure our customers are well-informed about our service agreements. We never charge any sort of penalty or cancellation fee when circumstances arise on our customer's end. We simply request that the discount applied to your initial service be reimbursed if you are unable to honor the one-year agreement. The agreement was confirmed through both your signature and the audio-recorded "Welcome Call," where you verbally agreed to the terms on 10/6. Despite the multiple steps White Knight has in place during the sign-up process to ensure customers are well-informed, not all read the terms. After reviewing your account, our records indicate that you are being charged exactly what is outlined in your agreement. Please give us a call, and we'd be happy to address any concerns with the agreement or services.
Zero out of 10 do not recommend. 1. Salesman refused to take no for an answer. Basically bullied me into making a process. 2. Technician took a picture of my card and type my number into his personal phone. The very same night Unauthorized charging came through on my card from some random gas station. 3. On top of that, ain’t swaps and flies were still present. 4. They refused to let me cancel my contract without The years payment in full
Response from White Knight Pest Control
We apologize for the inconvenience! However, we take customer issues seriously, but it is extremely difficult to address or resolve a matter when the name listed on this review is not identifiable. Please be rest assured, for privacy and security reasons, our system does not store full credit card numbers; we can only ever see the last four digits of a card. We also want to use this as an important reminder: you should never give out your full card information to anyone, and you should never take or send photos of your credit or debit card. No legitimate business, including ours, would ask for that. Sharing that information can put you at serious risk of fraud or unauthorized charges. If this issue truly requires urgent attention, we encourage you to contact us directly.
I just finished my annual service with White Knight, and it was a total nightmare from start to finish. First, their sales team is misleading. They tell you the service is bimonthly and $50, but what they don’t mention is that you’ll actually be charged every month—even though they only show up every other month. Second, the so-called “annual agreement” is a trap. Hidden in the fine print (which no one mentions) is that they’ll keep charging and scheduling you indefinitely unless you cancel more than 30 days in advance, even when you have already met the annual obligations. Because of how their billing cycle works, this basically guarantees you’ll either pay $50 for a service you never received or get slapped with a “less than 30-day cancellation” fee equal to two months’ payments. In my case, I ended up paying over $200 to cancel them. I can't speak to what sort of fees they'd have dreamed up if you cancelled before the year was up. Third, their technicians are inconsistent and, although some are fine, most are careless. I told one tech not to treat our raised garden bed and to note it on the account. He never came back, and multiple techs since have sprayed the garden bed anyway. They also constantly skip the backyard, even though I requested both the front and backyard to be done on our initial agreement. Finally, their “customer advocacy” and billing departments are downright predatory. If you try to cancel or file a complaint, they hit you with fees and claim it’s in the contract (it’s not anywhere I can find). They promise callbacks that never come or push off those call backs until you are within 30 days. Then they flat-out gaslight you into saying you owe these fees because you cancelled on a certain date, even though you are staring at your phone records indicating otherwise. Do not use White Knight Pest Control. There are plenty of local Alabama companies that charge fair rates, do quality work, and treat customers with respect. They're worse than trying to cancel a gym membership.

We are sorry to hear you have canceled services with us! Your account was set up for monthly payments instead of full payment after each completed service. We take transparency seriously and have multiple steps in place to ensure our customers are well-informed. Our service agreements are verbally reviewed in our "Welcome Calls" when customers initially sign up. We also provide multiple copies of the signed agreement and access to view it in the online customer portal. Every agreement states that a 30-day notice is required to cancel after your first year, meaning you are responsible for any services pending within 30 days of your cancellation request. This policy is in place to accommodate changes in circumstances and provide enough time to make decisions that best suit your needs. We never want to assume our customers' intentions regarding discontinuing services, which is why we have a 30-day written notice policy. We are surprised to hear that you were experiencing pest issues, as we have not been informed of any concerns. If you're ever unsatisfied with their performance or feel anything was missed, please give us a call to schedule a free re-service. Our unlimited, free re-services are specifically designed to prioritize customer satisfaction and address any ongoing pest concerns between regular, full-service treatments. After reviewing your account, we see you have never taken advantage of this benefit. We'd love the chance to resolve any concerns with the agreement or our services; please call us if you reconsider!
Due to their negligence and not getting rid of any pests, my daughter was hospitalized from ant bites (she is anaphylactic allergic to them, which was made very clear). Even after emailing and calling for days, and being told I had to wait a week for a tech to come out, no ant beds were treated. They spat in my face with trying to give me a 20 dollar credit, like I would want to spend any more money with this worthless company. On top of that, I have been waiting over 2 hours for a call from a manager to deal with this, and keep getting ignored. This is ridiculous. They got me to sign up saying something about a discount for disabled veterans like me, then just charge you and do not do their job. If this does not get rectified, I will have to call a lawyer and waste even more money on this company, all because they cannot do their job. Ridiculous. *UPDATE* They have since tried sending me to collections after trying to email their appeals department to end my contract. No response from appeals, but every time I call they tell me that is the only department that can help. Ridiculous to be dealing with this much crap from a company that HOSPITALIZED MY DAUGHTER.
Response from White Knight Pest Control
We are sorry to hear of your daughter's condition and appreciate your informing us of this so we may ensure your services are handled with care! Since being informed of your concern, our team has acted promptly at every step to ensure it’s addressed appropriately. We are pleased to see that both our customer service manager and your area manager were able to address your concerns. Notes have been added to your account for future technicians to be aware of your daughter's condition related to ants. Upon you notifying us of the issue the technician made extra effort to address any ant mounds around your home. Your area manager has scheduled one of our specialty services, "Top Choice", that addresses ant infestations to be completed at your home. We appreciate your continued communication and are committed to doing everything we can to support you. If there's anything more we can do, please don’t hesitate to reach out!
This company is a Total SHAME and people are manipulated by the techs servicing their houses to send in a good review so the tech can make a bonus right when they start servicing your property.. they send a pleasant young guy out who probably doesn’t understand anything about the policy he’s trying to solicit/ sell you.. they straight LIE right to your face about the price of services/ how your monthly bill accrues/ and what services are included in your bill.. we were told we would pay 90$ monthly (1/3 more than any other pest control we’ve used) but they would come out Monthly and do Indoor/outdoor/ mosquito/ roach control/ mice issues/ whatever needed done that month.. what was sold to us.. the we find out they only come out every OTHER month so your paying 200$ where others are 60-70$ monthly with service every other month.. we are being charged a month in advance even tho services haven’t been rendered so if you cancel they stick you with an extra months bill with NO SERVICE rendered.. they are crooks who lie about their contract hoping you won’t read it. We are making a claim to the BBB regarding this fraudulent company.. noted to add:: every single technician except the first person who serviced our property seemed drunk/ high or inebriated.. and would spray the poison sloppily all over our counters/ floors and were here maybe 15 min tops

**Hostile sales tactics** A White Knight Pest Control salesman came to my home while I was away at work today and tried to intimidate my wife into using their services. This is the third time in several weeks that a White Knight salesman has come by our house. It seems like they always plan to come when my police car is not in the driveway so they can try and strong arm my wife into a contract instead of me. From the get go, my wife kindly told the salesman that we use Wayne’s Pest Control and are not interested in changing, but he failed to leave and pushed harder. She mentioned multiple times that her husband (me) usually takes care of these things, indicating that she was not interested and wasn’t wanting to talk to him about it, but he continued to press her with his spiel about switching. She ended up having to be very direct and short with the salesman, telling him that he should leave, and he then sulked off shaking his head, like my wife had just shot his puppy or something. Legitimately, I was enraged when I looked back at the Ring doorbell footage and saw how this man treated my wife. If any White Knight managers monitor these reviews, you need to get a handle on your people, because this is unacceptable behavior. If any other unhappy customers are seeing this, don’t be afraid to call 911 when something like this happens. Situations like this are totally grounds for having an individual criminally trespassed from your property.
Response from White Knight Pest Control
We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with our door-to-door representative. We understand that you are upset that they tried to solicit your home, and we want to assure you that this does not align with the experience we want to provide our customers. We do want to emphasize that you are not obligated to speak to our representatives, and you can always tell them that you are not interested in our products or services. Ensuring the privacy and honoring the boundaries of our potential customers is a top priority to us. We will address this issue internally and notify our sales manager in your area. If you have any further questions or if there is anything else we can assist you with, please call our office!
This company is a scam. Read the fine print. You are stuck in a contract. The sales team knows to skip over signatures and not exposing things well. You cannot cancel without a $450 fine. So you’re stuck in a year contract. They say they have a deal for a first spray but it is not. We have see more cockroaches than we have seen. They have sprayed twice and it has been attracting roaches to the house. Their customer service is very rude and you will play phone tag for days trying to get a response or get any help. The last spray was terrible. We have more roaches than our house has ever had. The sprayers left our gates open and our dog got out. Bottom line, this is a huge waist of money. The spray does not work and you cannot get your money back whither it works or not.
Response from White Knight Pest Control
We're sorry to hear that you feel this way! White Knight takes pride in being an honest and transparent company, which is why they have multiple steps in place during the sign-up process to ensure customers are well-informed about our policies and potential charges. We email various copies of the signed agreement, provide access to the documents in the online customer portal, and verbally review the terms of service on recorded welcome calls. Please note our products do not provide an immediate "instant kill" effect. It's common to notice a temporary increase in pest activity after treatments, as the pests are disturbed and forced to move around. Please allow seven days for the product to take full effect. If you continue to experience issues after that time frame, please give us a call. Our re-services are offered unlimited as part of our satisfaction guarantee! Our commitment as a company is to come out at no charge as often as needed to resolve your issue. We provided several options to address your concerns, but our attempts were unfortunately declined. Although, we apologize for the inconvenience and understand the importance of ensuring pet safety. We've left a note for all technicians to ensure the gate is securely closed. Let us know if any specific instructions are needed for full closure. We're here to help resolve any issues you may still have; please give our office a call if you would like to revisit these!
EDIT: The response to this shows their lack of accountability. I have the audio of who was disrespectful. Why lie? May of 2025 we noticed a smell coming from in front of our home. Upon investigating the smell, my wife and I located a rodent trap located next to the termite module they installed in our yard. This rodent trap had closed on a squirrel and snapped its head off. The decomposition is what we smelled. After this, I called white knight asking about the traps due to them not being part of my plan. In this conversation, White Knight let me know they had no record of installing them. After me explaining the trap, they did more digging and stated they found record of installing them around October of 2024. They then agreed to have a tech come out and either show me where they were or remove them. I have small children who play in our yard and would not want them to accidentally step on one when chasing a ball that may get lost in our bushes. Days go by and I get a notification that they re-serviced the yard. All the notes showed they reapplied product and knocked down spider webs, etc. This was not what I asked for. I called back to let them know I still needed someone to either remove or show me where the traps were so I can ensure my kids were not at risk. I was told I would get a call back and it never occurred. I decided in July of 2025 I would cancel the service. There was little if any difference from their services and no service at all. Also the placement of something I didn’t ask for, then not doing their due diligence to remove as I asked… it really left me unsatisfied. That’s not the kicker or reason for this bad review. The worst is when cancelling, I asked them to remove traps that were not supposed to be part of the package. In this conversation, their focus was since I didn’t give a 30-day notice, I needed to pay the $129 fee for cancellation. I stated that’s fine as long as someone came out and either removed the traps like I’d asked two months prior OR show me where they were. The customer advocate’s response was “per my manager, we cannot send someone to remove items unless you keep the service, then call again to cancel the services after”. I let them know they could either remove the traps that were not supposed to be there, or I would not pay the fee. The customer advocate then placed me on a call with their manager. This manager had to be the most unprofessional manager I’ve dealt with in any capacity. I’m an OPs Manager dealing with 200+ adult employees and various customers daily. I raised my concerns to this manager and she spoke over me and cut me off in every detail of anything I said. All she could say was “sir it’s our policy that you pay $129 for canceling without a 30 days notice”. I made it clear I intended to do that but just wanted someone to follow up in their obligation as they said they would two months prior. The manager then established again that they had no record of placing the traps in our yard (although a previous agent found the record while I was on the phone with them two months prior). I also asked what their policy is regarding placing product in someone’s yard that was not asked for or part of the package? The manager stated they didn’t know, and all they knew was I’m canceling without proper notice and have to pay. The only thing anyone was knowledgable on, was policies that benefited their company. There was no ownership on their side. Anyone ever running a business or hiring management: - Make sure they can listen better than they can talk - Make sure that when they do talk, they are knowledgable about more than only what benefits the company (should be knowledgable on policies and procedures that show when the company should take ownership of mistakes as well) - Make sure they take the time to fully research before returning a verdict that has already been disproved previously by someone else within the company in a role with less authority (records were found of incorrect product placement, then the manager could not find the records two months later)

We apologize for any inconvenience and understand your frustration regarding the situation. However, we do want to note that while we take every precaution, were not responsible for wildlife that may access or tamper with stations outside of their intended use. Just to clarify, the bait stations we use are designed for indoor use or in very specific, secured outdoor areas, and it's unlikely they would have been placed openly around the outside of your home. While we do include these stations as part of your regular service, were more than happy to come by and remove them if youd prefer not to have them. We want to remind you that White Knight offers a satisfaction guarantee of free and unlimited re-services. If you ever encounter ongoing pest issues, please inform us, and we'll send one of our licensed technicians back out to your home as soon as possible. We take transparency seriously and have multiple steps in place to ensure our customers are well-informed. Our service agreements are verbally reviewed in our "Welcome Calls" when customers initially sign up. We also provide multiple copies of the signed agreement and access to view it in the online customer portal. However, we are pleased to see that your concerns have been addressed by our customer advocate, and notes have been added to your upcoming appointment for the removal of any traps. We want to inform you that we do not condone any form of disrespectful behavior, including yelling, towards our representatives over the phone. Our team is committed to providing professional and courteous service to all our customers, and we expect the same level of respect in return. If there is anything further we can assist you with, please give our office a call. We would be happy to help!
This is the highest bill pest control I even pay, because I have a lot of Fire ants and spiders around the house. I was told if I see it just let them knot but when I do, I got ignored and no response back at all. I would not recommend to anyone and I should just stick with local pest control when they take of the problem better
