UPDATE: I thank you for your response. You filed a report that the repairs were complete, when in fact there was one visit by Zoey to gather the information only. I called several times and nothing has been done. I just called the number listed below. The scheduling is absolute trash. I pay hundreds of dollars per year for service but can't seem to get them to do the inside treatment because they send me a text message less than 12 hours before an appointment with a 4 hour window. I have a job; as a professional, I can't just call out last minute like that. How can you have customers on a recurring pest control plan but can't have a set or semi-set schedule...? TLDR; do not waste your money. They will not even acknowledge complaints made and charge you a hefty fee for cancellation of an unsatisfactory service. Good luck getting a hold of corporate.
