I have been a customer of ATEC Pest Control now for 12+ years and they have taken care of my 1941 Five Points home with a less-than-favorable-super-slender-crawspace with Class A+ service! ATEC has taken care of the treatments for termites, bugs, and all manner of rodentia. Brandon, my regular spray guy, is fabulous, and makes sure all the borders and nooks and crannies of the house are covered—no spiders or roaches here! He is super nice and very easy-going with scheduling. Thanks a bunch guys for good pest service—I recommend them!!

Glen preformed my annual termite inspection, great job

We needed our annual termite bond check with ATEC, and Jeff Kirby came out today to make sure everything was still in good order. Jeff was our original contact when we signed our contract with ATEC. He went above and beyond to make sure we knew what to expect with the contract, and he went above and beyond today by notifying us of some house concerns not related to ATEC’s work. We appreciate Jeff and the ATEC team!

Rude, didn't cover all the necessary places in my home. Literally sprayed 2 spots and left. And their ongoing treatment hasn't kept any pests away

They were a waste of money. Didn't do there job at all . . . Didn't listen to my concerns just wanted more money. Now in a different home and want preventative maintenance I won't go near this company. Don't waste your time.

I work for a living so I don't have alot of time to waste. So when your business hours say 8-5 I expect someone to be there during those hours, Instead the door was locked. So I went next door to the accountant office, I was told the guys gone to lunch and he would be back in an hour and a half to 2 hrs. REALLY??? I mean it's ok to go to lunch, but at least there should be someone there to work or they should change there hours. Really was an inconvenience. So COOKS pest control here I come

ATEC provides termite service to four houses I own. I was short on cash so asked them to wait to provide service later this year after I saved the cash. They convinced me to make payments, and let them do the service in March. I post-dated checks and gave them to ATEC to hold/deposit at the first of each month for four months. Last month they deposited a check 2 weeks early, before my paycheck to cover the check was in my checking account. I caught this because I routinely check my accounts. They said it was an oversight and it would not happen again. I just checked my checking account and the check that I post-dated for 5/1/14 was cashed on 4/21/14, and again my pay will not be auto-deposited until this Friday. I live by my word and people can trust what I say to be true, and I only do business with people and companies that I can trust in return. I do not trust ATEC to do what they say. As with all/most termite service companies, I have paid them many hundreds of dollars up front to provide bonding, so I am in a quandary. But I will figure out a way to provide my business to a company I trust, and I recommend others do the same.
