My pest control treatment today was excellent. Ashley talked to me in the front yard about what needed to be done. She then came to the front door when he had finished his work to make sure we were satisfied. Ashley answered all my questions and did not rush to get away. I love her attention to detail. She was a real blessing.

Let me just say Nicholas was the best!! Since we have lived in this house 6 years we have never seen a mouse or ants in our house. As of today we have seen both !!! I voiced my thoughts to Nicholas that I don’t think my bait traps were being filled! He checked them and there was nothing in them. He took the time today and met all my needs and answered all my questions. We live in a farm and I would like to keep the critters outside please!!

Will was supposed to service our house today , but , I've not seen any evidence he was here .In the past Alan done our service and we were satisfied , but not today Will didn't ring the bell to see if we wanted to spray inside the house or garages . Not caught on cameras performing job or any granules around. Not satisfied !

I understand your frustration, Wesley, and I apologize for the lack of communication and service you experienced today. It's important to us that our customers receive the quality they expect. This was an honest mistake by a new employee who serviced the wrong address. We do have you re-scheduled and I have addressed this with the employee to ensure it doesn't happen again. I did try calling you personally to discuss, please feel free to reach out to me directly as the owner of the company anytime, or if you have any further concerns or questions.
Do not use. There are several posts on Facebook that all say the same thing. They tell you there is no cancelation fee. When you go to cancel, you are met with another money grab. All these ppl aren’t just saying they were told one thing, luckily an attorney haas guided these several people on what steps to take. This is a warning for everyone else do not fall into this web, that they can’t get rid of!

We were solicited by salesman at our home, he guaranteed to get rid of spiders after we had just moved in our home 2 months prior, he guaranteed us we could cancel at any time if we weren't happy. We continued to see spiders, I notified Alder, got the next scheduled treatment and still was seeing spiders after 3 treatments. I ask to cancel and was hung up on by "the man in charge" then was told "let us come out one more time for $119 and we will waive the $285 cancellation fee(after initially being told there was no cancellation fee) not sure why I would want them to come back a 4th time when the 1st, 2nd and 3rd didn't work.

Do not do business with this company..with in 3 weeks ants and spiders reappeared. They use cheap products.have pictures for proof.then when you cancel, they will argue with you, talk over you and interrupt you. They will charge your credit card and not tell you..! Do not use them.!!!

Update: the owner did file an insurance claim l, but knowing that his driver had to admit fault because he fled the scene even though their witnesses si the claim would be dropped. The driver said he didn’t know there was a wreck even though he crossed the intersection stopped rolled his window looked me in the eye and at the van driver then pulled off, if you didn’t see you caused a wreck why did you stop and look? I wasn’t even trying to get a claim or get financial payments, all I wanted was an apology from the driver and him to be safe because if he did that to me he’ll clip your little kids on bikes. Since that couldn’t happen and personal accountability and honesty aren’t values of this company I’m involving lawyers so the worker in particular understands the severity of lying and fleeing accidents and the company understands an apology and ownership go a long way. If you are in the East Limestone Harvest area I suggest you don’t use this company because their workers are dishonest and will not take accountability. While I was on my motorcycle their technician ran the stop sign on Old Railroad Bed and Orvil Smith and stopped in the road causing traffic to swerve around and blocking my escape path. I had to lay my bike down not to hit the technician and die. The driver crossed the intersection stopped and looked me in the face laying on the ground and then sped off. I contacted the owner, Tanner to try to resolve, he seemed concerned, but then has not responded to me nor my insurance company. I recommend that you do not use their technicians in your neighborhood are a danger. If they will leave a wreck they caused with a person down in the road, if they hit one of your children or pets they will just speed off and not take responsibility. All I wanted was a resolution I didn’t try to get money, I didn’t threaten lawyers or any of that, just wanted accountability and it wasn’t taken.

Immediately after our phone call, I addressed the matter with the driver involved and opened a claim with our insurance provider so it could be investigated by the proper professionals. From there, the case was transferred to our insurance team, and it was my understanding they would be reaching out directly to you and your insurance company to coordinate next steps.<br>The safety of our community is of the highest importance to me, and I remain committed to ensuring our team operates with professionalism and care at all times. Called asked for services, took my info and told me sales would call me. Never called after 2 days then I called today. Straight to VM.. You must not need any business. I am trying to get services before my new baby arrives and clearly I need to look elsewhere

This experience was atrocious. I was promoted a bundle deal for first time pest control inspection and mosquito control. The technician that came to my house did not come inside or spray the garage even though that was explicitly stated it would be completed. They also did not spray for mosquitoes since that was an “add-on” package. It should not have been since I signed a contract saying it was included in my service. I immediately cancelled my subscription. I would highly recommend choosing someone else for your pest control company. To make matters worse, they are now dodging my phone calls to get a refund for my money. If I could post without giving any stars I would.

I’ve never in my life been more harassed by a salesman before. Isaac showed up at my home on Friday pitching his sale. I was interested, but told him I needed to speak to my husband. Then he kept asking me to call my husband after I told him that he’s unavailable right now. Then he wanted to wait around for him to call. Then he asked when he would be home, I said I wasn’t sure, and kept throwing out random times to come back. Then he tells me how my mother in law uses this pest control who lives on the next street over. So then he said he would come back tomorrow. About an hour later there is repetitive knocking at my door & when I don’t answer, he goes around back to my fence and yells over it to my son asking for me. I come outside and he proceeds to tell me how he went down and spoke to my mother in law, and wanted to know if I called her to ask about them. No??? Then he says, well I saw the truck in the drive way and figured your husband was home. I said dude, we’re literally going out to eat. Then just starts talking some more. This whole time he’s talking to me like I’m his best friend. He finally leaves, comes back around 2:00 today. As I watch through the camera, he knocks on my door then starts yelling my name & my husbands name then goes around the side of my house and then yet again, starts yelling for us over by the garage. Then comes back to the front door for more knocking. And I’m not done. This whole time I am on the phone with my mother-in-law. This dude went down to her house looking for me right after he left my house! They were watching from the camera. He was waving at the camera to get her attention. We were considering using this company until he screwed it up. This was harassment. There was no need for him to go hug my mother in law. If he comes back to my house again, there will be a problem. And the fact they drop these guys off on scooters for the day with no water is ridiculous by the way

They are extremely pushy. Someone from alder reached out to schedule service, I informed them I wasn’t home and I would call back to reschedule. I never called them back to reschedule; however, they came out on their own will to treat my home and now they are charging me for service.
